The Scientific Reviews of the Judge Kunha and Justice Kumarasamy judgements led the State, the Nation and the World to understand and appreciate that the defendant Dr. J. Jayalalitha has been wrongly convicted and imprisoned based on a complaint that had so many flaws, accomplanied with various other flaws in the investigations, assessments and proceedings of the case, probably culminating with the complainants and others possibly misleading the Judiciary (References 2-5 below)... When such wrong could be done to the Head of a State, what would be the state of the common man in INDIA?

Though the reaction to the Scientific Reviews of the Judge Kunha and Justice Kumarasamy judgements was never felt openly due to non-coverage by the Media, still, the reactions at the High Court of Karnataka (host state which conducted the judicial proceedings in the case) and in the High Court of Delhi indicated that the Scientific Reviews of the Judge Kunha and Justice Kumarasamy has awakened the conscience of the Judicial Nobility of the Elders of the Judiciary (References 2-5 below), who could possibly have now refused to be misled again in their noble assignments and wished to ensure that things are henceforth done correctly.

It was rather surprising to note reactions from the Chief Justice himself, pitching in to restore the glory of the Legal Profession (Reference 1 below).

Since the Chief Justice of INDIA, by virtue of his position cannot directly appreciate the author of the Scientific Reviews of the Judge Kunha and Justice Kumarasamy judgements, the aforesaid reaction from the Chief Justice himself indicates appreciation of the highest order from the highest judicial persona in the Nation.

With profound humility, the author of the Scientific Reviews of the Judge Kunha & Justice Kumarasamy judgements hereby accepts the subtle recognition indicated by the Chief Justice of INDIA and records his thanks for the same. Due Thanks is also recorded for the State High Courts of Karnataka & Delhi.

நீதிபதி குன்ஹா மற்றும் நீதியரசர் குமாரசாமி தீர்ப்புகளின் அறிவியல் மதிப்பாய்வு குறித்து ஊடகங்கள் வெளியில் கூறவில்லை. ஆதலால், இந்த அறிவியல் மதிப்பாய்வுகளின் விளைவுகள் அதிகம் வெளியில் தெரியவில்லை. ஆயினும், கர்நாடகா உயர் நீதி மன்றத்திலும் தில்லி உயர் நீதி மன்றத்திலும் நிகழ்ந்தவைகளை காணும் பொழுது, நீதி துரையின் மூத்தவர்கள் இன்னொருமுறை நீதித்துறை தவறாக வழிநடத்தப்பட கூடாது என்பதற்காக நடவடிக்கைகள் மேற்கொண்டதாக உணரப்படுகின்றது (மேற்கோள் 2-5 கீழே).

உச்ச நீதிமன்றத்தின் முதன்மை நீதிபதி, வழக்கறிஞர் தொழிலை முன்னர் இருந்த மேன்மையை மீண்டும் அடைய சில முயற்சிகளுக்கு வழிகாட்டுவது ஆச்சர்யமே (மேற்கோள் 1 கீழே).

உச்ச நீதிமன்றத்தின் முதன்மை நீதிபதி, தான் வகிக்கும் பொறுப்பினால் நேரடியாக நீதிபதி குன்ஹா மற்றும் நீதியரசர் குமாரசாமியின் தீர்ப்புகளின் அறிவியல் மதிப்பாய்வுகளை இயற்றியவரை நேரடியாக பாராட்ட கூடாதென்றாலும், மேலே குறிக்கப்பட்ட உச்ச நீதிமன்றத்தின் முதன்மை நீதிபதியின் வழிகாட்டுதல், இந்தியாவின் முதன்மையான நீதியரசரின் பாராட்டாகவே கருதப்படும்.
