The Scientific Review of Judge Kunha & Justice Kumarasamy Judgements was done LIVE for the first time in the Judicial/Academic history of INDIA, instead of academic review/research that is usually done after so many years which might NOT be beneficial to anyone. This LIVE Scientific Review was/is done during the proceedings of the Disproportionate Assets Case foisted by Complainants Subramanian Swamy and aided by Anbazhagan and others, since the trial court's judgement through the appeal's case at the High Court including the appeals at the Supreme Court by the Complainants.

The Scientific Reviews indicated serious flaws in the case which ended beneficially to the defendant, the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu Selvi J. Jayalalitha, overturning the trial court's judgement of conviction to acquittal in the High Court. Pending appeals at the Supreme Court, it is expected that the Scientific Reviews will help the Judiciary help understand and appreciate the flaws in the case and provide a beneficial judgement to the defendant Selvi J. Jayalalitha.

It is during these crucial days that the Karnataka High Court has made some critical observations & recommendations to the State Govt. of Karnataka & the Karnataka Police Department on Dec. 10, 2015 that they need to revamp the functioning of the Police Department and to work it out scientifically.

Read in conjunction with the fact that afore said Scientific Reviews was/is done LIVE on the case that was transferred to and run by the State of Karnataka, with so many flaws as pointed out by the Scientific Reviews.

Doesnt this indicate an endorsement by the Judiciary to the Scientific Reviews of the Judge Kunha & Justice Kumarasamy Judgements!!!

இந்த முக்கியமான வேளையில் தான் 10.12.2015 அன்று கர்நாடகா உயர் நீதி மன்றம் கர்நாடகா அரசுக்கும் கர்நாடகா காவல் துறைக்கும், காவல் துரையின் பிரிவுகள், நடவடிக்கைகள் மற்றும் அனைத்தையும் (வேலைபயிர்ச்சியையும் சேர்த்து) அறிவியல் பூர்வமாக செய்யவேண்டும் என்று சில முக்கியமான அறிவுரைகளையும் பரிந்துரைகளையும் அளித்து இருக்கிறது.

இதனை மேலே குறிக்கப்பட்ட அறிவியல் மதிப்பாய்வுகளுடன் சேர்ந்து வாசிக்கும் பொழுது, இது முக்கியத்துவம் பெறுவது என்னவென்றால், கர்நாடகாவிற்கு மாற்றப்பட்டு அங்கு பரிசீலிக்கப்பட்டு, கீழ் நீதிமன்ற தீர்ப்பும் உயர் நீதி மன்ற தீர்ப்பும் அங்கே தான் வழங்கப்பட்டது...

அப்படியென்றால், இது நீதிபதி குன்ஹா மற்றும் நீதியரசர் குமாரசாமி தீர்ப்புகளின் அறிவியல் மதிப்பாய்வுகளுக்கு நீதித்துறை/உயர்நீதிமன்றம் அளித்த அங்கீகாரம் தானோ!!!
