The Scientific Review of the alleged case against Dr. J. Jayalalitha (February 24, 1948 - December 5, 2016) hereby concludes in agreement with the acquittal given by the High Court of Karnataka, as the Supreme Court cannot hear now the appeals against her acquittal, due to her sad demise on December 5, 2016.

In the Court of God, she will always remain innocent.

Of what use has been the alleged case framed against her, highlighted by so many irregularities and flaws right from the stage of complaint upto the flawed conviction at the lower court.

She was acquitted by the High Court subsequently, only to be challenged by her opponents in the Supreme Court.

While the Supreme Court was hearing and deciding the appeals against her acquittal, God chose to proclaim her innocence with her death, for she shall be spared the agony of going to court again for a crime she never could have committed.
