I have NOT authorized any individual or group of individuals or firm or entity to represent me or collect any money in my name or on my behalf, for or against me or my belief or my stand in any area of my life or connected processes.

If at all any money has been paid or is being paid or intended to be paid by any individual or group of individuals or firm or entity to any individual or group of individuals or firm or entity,

those who have paid or paying or will be paying the money may kindly be aware or be appraised that

(1) I have NOT authorized any individual or group of individuals or firm or entity to represent me or collect any money in my name or on my behalf.

(2) I will NOT be expected to make successful the expectations with which the money is paid.

(3) I will NOT be responsible for any transaction from the payees to the receivers or back from the receivers to the payees.

If at all I have to be legally paid any money, it will be received by me, only as legal financial transaction, & if necessary, with due notification to the Income Tax Department or any other related Department of the Government.
