Dear Prime Minister Hon’ble Shri Narendra Modi, President Hon’ble Shri Pranab Mukherjee, Hon’ble Dr. M.K. Stalin & Your Holiness Dhyanyogi Omdasji Maharaj

My sincere thanks to you and to your good offices and the Govt. of INDIA and the unnamed people on Social Media who have stood with me in my time of difficulty. There have been numerous occasions when I had to use stronger words to move an otherwise stagnant petition seeking justice against harassment, forced resignation and spoiling of livelihood and yet you, your good offices and the Govt. of INDIA have also been patiently issuing so many proceedings to help find a solution for my petition/grievance over a period of three years.

I also thank Vinayaka Missions University for announcement of an event which could possibly be treated as admission of Guilt by Vinayaka Missions University. Quote from Vinayaka Missions Reply page 6. “On enquiry, some persons involved in the problems were removed immediately. He need not bring these issues officially now….” Instead of taking corrective or disciplinary action, if the University had removed some people (related or unrelated or as a cover up), based on some information then certainly there should have been backlash on me. You would have noticed in my petitions that I had approached you for relief against some sort of unknown backlash on me.

Read together with the tone and the hurried manner in which Vinayaka Missions University in their reply to the UGC has tried to defame me instead of actually addressing grievances, also seems to point to suspected negative feedback emanating from Vinayaka Missions University (which has also been confidentially pointed out by some Institutions where I applied for a job). If in a reply to the UGC, if Vinayaka Missions University could write defamatory like this, how much would they have defamed me elsewhere, orally with no evidence/record? In all possibility, Vinayaka Missions University could have provided defamatory negative feedback to unsuspecting prospective employers, who could have got alarmed at the tone of the defamatory negative feedback, and with no provision to verify the defamatory negative feedback could have been hesitant to offer me employment. Hence, of their own volition, Vinayaka Missions University has provided me the much needed information that I can submit to my prospective employers, and my prospective employers can have the benefit of hearing one side of the story from Vinayaka Missions University and the other side of the story through the Vinayaka Missions University reply to the UGC, which could have so far been denied to them, as they could have heard only one side of the story from the Vinayaka Missions University.

Consequently, I shall proceed with my applications to my next job. The three year break in career will be evidenced by the Govt. proceedings and the time taken by the Govt. of India to obtain a reply from Vinayaka Missions University, even amounting to an admission of guilt by Vinayaka Missions University.

If Vinayaka Missions University stops with its unwarranted defamation and I get a new job, I shall be back to you to thank you.

Since the UGC has NOT offered any remedy but only served to communicate my grievance to Vinayaka Missions University and return the reply from Vinayaka Missions University, all of my petitions to the Govt. of INDIA along with related content and all of the proceedings generated by the Govt. of INDIA shall remain on record.

Submitted with Thanks to Prime Minister Hon’ble Shri Narendra Modi, President Hon’ble Shri Pranab Mukerjee, the leader of the Opposition in Tamil Nadu Hon’ble Dr. M. K. Stalin, His Holiness Dhyanyogi Omdasji Maharaj & his Disciples, the Govt. of INDIA and the Unnamed People on Social Media,

Sincerely

Prabhu Britto A.

Disclaimer:

Vinayaka Missions University was given ample time by the Govt. of INDIA (as evidenced by Govt. of INDIA letters referenced below), including instruction to convene a grievance committee vide letter dt. 24.05.2016 followed up with three reminders dt. 12.07.2016, 21.07.2016 and 29.07.2016.

Vinayaka Missions University has convened a committee vide letter dated 04.08.2016 received by me on 06.08.2016 advising presence on 08.08.2016 for the grievance committee in accordance with UGC instructions.

I seek to go to the grievance committee discussions after submitting my due respects to the Govt. of Tamil Nadu and the Govt. of INDIA. Consequently, I am submitting this file as a mark of respect to the Govt. of Tamil Nadu and the Govt. of INDIA.

Since Vinayaka Missions University has NOT indicated the members of the grievance committee, and I don’t have any means to email them, I shall make this file available on social media with public privacy setting so that the members of the grievance committee will also have some time to have a look and do good to me to remedy for all the trouble, difficulty, harassment and spoiling of livelihood meted out to me by any individual or group of Vinayaka Missions University Officials.

Ref 67. UGC: F.7-1/2015 (CPP-I/DU) dt. 29.07.2016

Due Acknowledgement is recorded for all the good things rendered by Late Chairman Dr.A.Shanmugasundaram and Principal Dr.A.Nagappan.

If Late Chairman Dr. A. Shanmugasundaram was alive, he would have stood for me as he always did while he was alive, as much as I stood for him as a faithful employee.

To be kindly noted that participation in discussion is done with good faith and goodwill towards Vinayaka Missions University as a former employer. Lapses if any may be attempted to set right. Generation of records with previous date to cover up lapses may help the University legally but the University needs to note that the aggrieved person has been a serving Dean of the University, and hence is aware of all that has taken place at the University. This discussion is NOT aimed at causing any inconvenience to the University, but only aims to find a solution to the career deadlock that might have been caused by unscrupulous university officials who did NOT care for the good of the University, but only wished to see the downfall and rot of a former colleague who served the University and its Management faithfully with integrity. Cooperation from the University will help to solve the career deadlock caused by unscrupulous university officials, and the petition can be laid to rest with due solutions provided. Expecting to proceed with all fairness, accompanied with non-generation of forged previously dated documents, so that the goodname of the University should NOT be spoilt by the unscrupulous action of any of the university officials. Needs to be noted that as submitted in previous reports to University Management (while aggrieved person was in service), everything was known publicly. Hence no point in attempting to generate any record to cover up for lapses or attempting to raise charges of defamation or otherwise.

1. Do you have any reason why grievance committee was NOT constituted by Vinayaka Missions University with reference to first UGC notice? Do so many reminders need to be issued by UGC to convene one committee? With so many hundreds of Universities in INDIA and thousands of faculty working in these Universities, would it be possible for the UGC to keep track of each paper and issue three reminders for each paper? Such a grievance committee should have been convened so many years ago while I was still in service at Vinayaka Missions University. Why should you turn your back on a grievance? Why NOT discuss it and keep moving on in life?

2. Do you have any reason why grievance committee was delayed even after reminder UGC notice?

3. Why was Shankar Deputy Secretary MHRD ( 98915 34132, 011 23382921, 011 202880151) calling me up everytime after I send a petition to the Govt. of INDIA and talk nonsense and then followed with NO action on my petition everytime? Why did he never tell me that he is a Deputy Secretary MHRD? Why should he project himself as an Office Assistant at MHRD? Is Shankar related to Vinayaka Missions University or to any official of Vinayaka Missions University?

4. Why were phone calls from unknown numbers come to me, and advise me to stop petitioning the MHA and that the MHA will NOT attend to my petition? If MHA wanted me to stop petitioning them, they could have advised me in writing. If phone calls come, then it is certainly NOT a govt. proceeding. Was these acts caused by Vinayaka Missions or Officials of Vinayaka Missions?

5. Why were so many people claiming to be from the IB call me up from mobile phones and ask to meet me so many times during the petition period? If the IB wanted to meet me, they know how to meet me? Who were these setup people? Were they caused by Vinayaka Missions or Officials of Vinayaka Missions?

6. Such a committee would NOT have been caused to be instituted if the harassment that I endured ended with my forced resignation. Only coz my career and life was made to be stagnated by unscrupulous action of a few unnamed officials of Vinayaka Missions University, this becomes a necessity to sort out grievances and help me to continue on with life and livelihood as enshrined in Article 21 of the Constitution and perhaps the UGC Directive was also issued under the same Article 21 of the Constitution (Ref: http://www.legalserviceindia.com/articles/art222.htm Quote “It lays down as follows: Article 21 assures the right to live with human dignity, free from exploitation. The state is under a constitutional obligation to see that there is no violation of the fundamental right of any person, particularly when he belongs to the weaker section of the community and is unable to wage a legal battle against a strong and powerful opponent who is exploiting him. Both the Central Government and the State Government are therefore bound to ensure observance of the various social welfare and labour laws enacted by Parliament for the purpose of securing to the workmen a life of basic human dignity in compliance with the directive principles of the state policy.” End of Quote …………. Quote “The Apex Court in the case of S.S. Ahuwalia v. Union of India and others it was held that in the expanded meaning attributed to Article 21 of the Constitution, it is the duty of the State to create a climate where members of the society belonging to different faiths, caste and creed live together and, therefore, the State has a duty to protect their life, liberty, dignity and worth of an individual which should not be jeopardized or endangered.” End of Quote )

7. VMKV Appointment Order dt. 23.11.2007 indicates that my Professor appointment was valid only for one year (Salary NOT indicated in appointment order). Salary not negotiated during interview.

8. I was aware the Vinayaka Missions University provides good salary packages and hence my request during interview with Dean Prof. A. Nagappan was to provide a good salary and accepted by then Dean Prof. A. Nagappan. However, was noted that faculty with BE degree were provided 50K per month while my salary was fixed at 30K per month (when I had already completed ME in Jan 2000 and also completed 3 year sponsored PhD program full time at CEG Guindy).

9. When discrepancies were there, salary fixation consent should have been obtained. Salary order NOT served. Rude shock after serving for a month at seeing the salary provided.

10. Then Dean Prof. A. Nagappan did NOT have any valid reason why he was NOT able to fulfil his word that a good salary package would be given to me.

11. If everything was clarified in the beginning itself, I would have the option of choosing to join or leave based on the terms of reference. Why was it kept mysterious until salary was credited after a month’s time?

12. When appointment order indicates validity for one year, continuity order or confirmation order not served.

13. Terms of continuity in service not served

14. PF not provided

15. Employee was forced to serve in a state of limbo with no firm footing on any grounds

16. With absence of any paper, possibility of exploring remedy was denied to the employee

17. If at all any papers were served by the University, why was it NOT provided to the employee by the immediate senior official? If it was hidden, why was it hidden? If no paper was served by the University, why didn’t the immediate senior official ask for relevant papers for the employee?

18. Was there any valid reason to put an employee in a state of limbo without any relief and the only possible relief would be only after 6 months or a year?

19. I never resorted to meeting the Chairman Late Dr. A. Shanmugasundaram or his family members to discuss anything of importance. If at all anything of importance was required to be conveyed, I only had the email id of Dr. S. Sharavanan, then Pro-Chancellor (given to me by Prof. P. K. Kumaresan), wherein I submitted information along with copy to other officials. If anything needed to be discussed or sorted out based on my submissions to Dr. S. Sharavanan, it could have been done. Instead, why was I singled out and harassed? Why was I not involved with activities of the Institution, that mandate that I should be present as one of the Deans? Why was I never invited even to a regular meeting, after I started submitting information to Dr. S. Sharavanan, then Pro-Chancellor?

20. It is public domain knowledge that I helped Prof. Nagappan with his PhD research papers, also helped to get them published at ANSI Journals and IJBST, helped with his thesis work and Viva presentation. Why was it NOT acknowledged appropriately?

21. Understanding that the officials running the college did not have much exposure, I have willingly offered my services on many aspects that were even NOT part of my assignment. However, I noticed that the ventures were tweaked to the personal benefit of some of the officials. Why was my contribution NOT acknowledged appropriately?

22. Wherever my advice was solicited and offered, why was it NOT acknowledged appropriately?

23. Why was my contributions not reported appropriately to the VMU Management?

24. Why was data regarding my contributions not provided to me periodically?

25. Why was a report of my exemplary work at VMU not attached to my relieving papers?

26. Some important parts of my earlier email communications to the Senior Management (including some to Colleagues and copied to Senior Management) of Vinayaka Missions University are extracted and discussed below. Since the volume of information is very huge, I have attempted to discuss only a few important ones. I would have been happy to discuss everything in detail, but thought it would be wise to first discuss the important ones and later if time permits to discuss the rest too. The complete information can be had from enclosed files or from link https://goo.gl/RKUmbx

27. Discussion regarding points raised in internal reports submitted to University – Enclosed as copy of emails. Email: dt. Sat, Feb 1, 2014 at 12:55 PM Resent at Thu, Feb 6, 2014 at 5:01 PM Partial Subject line: Handing Over.. Mail 3... Your Response to each of the points submitted therein, also extracted and provided here??

i. As a fallout of my previous communication with a similar subject line, I hereby wish to draw your kind attention to the following points of concern.

ii. With reference to any Proceedings/Instructions/Advice/Suggestions from any Official or Member of the Management, if there is any difficulty with reference to the Proceedings/Instructions/Advice/Suggestions, then the same has to be sorted out with the concerned Official or Member of the Management.

iii. As an illustration, I wish to draw your kind attention to the case where the IEEE Madras Section Officials had a disagreement to petitions submitted to Her Excellency The Hon’ble Chief Minister (against the malfunctioning of the IEEE Madras Section Officials, which was affecting the Students all over the State – including ours) and made the mistake of approaching the IEEE Ethics Committee (@IEEE HQ USA), which terminated their complaint. (Copy of Fax to Her Excellency The Hon’ble CM & IEEE HQ USA & INDIA, and IEEE Members can be found at http://gallery.mailchimp.com/57091de66955c78446e30f836/files/The_Hon_ble_CM_and_The_IEEE_President_IEEE_09.01.2014_IEEE_Ethics_Comm_Reg.pdf )

iv. Hence to counteract any Proceedings/Instructions/Advice/Suggestions,

· if His Excellency Dr. Sharavanan gives an advice, it should NOT be carried to Her Excellency Madam Chairman, provide Madam Chairman with one side of the story alone and obtain a favourable decision against the advice of His Excellency Dr. Sharavanan

· if His Excellency Shri. Sathish Kumar gives an advice (perhaps on ERP), it should NOT be carried to His Excellency The Chairman, provide The Chairman with one side of the story alone and obtain a favourable decision against the advice of His Excellency Shri. Sathish Kumar

v. To quote an adage in Tamil “Veetukku Veedu Vaasapadi”, every family will have its own equations, affinities, etc. among the members of the family. Just for the simple reason that many of the Officials here have been serving for many number of years, and know the intricate equations among the members of the family of the Management, they cannot create havoc and destroy the peace and happiness of the family of the Management.

vi. There was an episode in the past wherein I had to meet His Excellency The Chairman and was harassed (by Officials of VMKVEC) to levels that should NOT be recorded in writing and strictly warned by Officials of VMKVEC that I should never meet His Excellency The Chairman again.

vii. There arose so many situations when I had to appraise His Excellency The Chairman. Since my access to The Hon’ble Chairman was blocked, I checked up and was given to understand that Dr. Sharavanan was the eldest son. Giving due respect as the eldest son, all my priority communications (meant for His Excellency The Chairman) was/is submitted to Dr. Sharavanan.

viii. For instance, His Excellency Shri Sathish Kumar has interacted more with me compared to the few minutes of audience that I had with His Excellency Dr. Sharavanan. Though I could have accessed His Excellency Shri Sathish Kumar personally, I refrained from doing that and submitted all communications meant for His Excellency The Chairman to His Excellency Dr. Sharavanan as the eldest son of His Excellency The Chairman. (I am copying this email to His Excellency Shri Sathish Kumar, as His Excellency’s name is mentioned in the content of this letter, and I do not wish to give room to any Official to misrepresent the information conveyed in this letter)

ix. Hence, in summary, I wish that all Officials kindly do NOT meddle with the family affairs of the family of the Management.

x. As much as each one of us has a family and we do NOT permit any third person to interfere in the affairs of our family, in the same way let Officials understand that the family of the Management also need NOT tolerate Officials who interfere with the affairs of their family.

xi. Consequently, if any Official has a difficulty with any Proceedings/Instructions/Advice/Suggestions from any member of the family of the Management, then those difficulties need to be sorted out only with the concerned member of the Management and Officials should NOT indulge in doing politics within the members of the family of the Management thereby spoiling their peace and happiness.

xii. The family of the Management is also a family, and they have a right to their peace and happiness and No Official has any extra-constitutional authority to meddle with the family of the Management, utilizing alibis of Institutional processes under the guise of doing good for the family of the Management (when the Officials are actually attempting to spoil the peace and harmony of the family of the Management, just to achieve the Officials’ own vested/financial interests).

xiii. I am here only for the past 6 years, but many have been here for a longer time than me. They owe greater loyalty, faithfulness and allegiance to the University and the VMU Management. Mistakes have been made and it would be best to sort it out with the University and the VMU Management and NOT become a victim of mistakes committed.

xiv. I am happy that a few have started exhibiting their loyalties and faithfulness to the University and the Management (inspite of heavy odds), but the sense of loyalty and faithfulness to the University and the Management should be had by All, who work here.

xv. As long as I am in the service of VMU, I shall be faithful to the University and the VMU Management and serve in accordance with the highest nobility and dignity of my position.

xvi. Thanks & Warmest Regards

xvii. Prof. Dr. A. Prabhu Britto

28. Discussion regarding points raised in internal reports submitted to University – Enclosed as copy of emails. Email: dt. Wed, Sep 18, 2013 at 10:51 AM Resent at Thu, Feb 6, 2014 at 6:24 PM Partial Subject line: Handing Over.. Mail 33... Your Response to each of the points submitted therein, also extracted and provided here??

i. I seek your kind attention to the following points of concern.

ii. When financial impropriety and misappropriation are no more a breaking/strange news, some aspects need to be thought over.

iii. Only in remote chances, good or bad can be done individually.

iv. When Good is done whether individually or as a team, and the glory & fame shared with the team or with all, apart from unwilling team members who could be disgruntled, there is not much damage.

v. However when anything Wrong is done, the glory and fame of doing wrong is NEVER shared with the team members, but can possibly be heaped on one or a few individuals, who are blamed for doing Wrong while the rest of the team could possibly sport perfect negligence of the Wrong done.

vi. Consequently, the one or few on whom the blame is rested forcefully, are sent out dishonorably (presumably by the same team members who could have jointly done wrong) or are observed to disappear silently.

vii. It needs to be emphasized here that the VMU Management is the sole employer here, and all officials whether senior or junior are only employees here, and read together with the above lines, the power to sack any official (junior or senior) can many times be disastrous from the VMU Management's perspective, as the sacked or disappeared official might hold knowledge which is very precious to the VMU Management.

viii. Citing a case here, known to all: It was commonplace knowledge about the huge amounts of money being collected from students under many whimsical or fancy categories at the Exam Cell at VMKVEC. Everyone was so busy running up and down, managing students who were desperate to pay any amount of money and get their processes streamlined (as VMKVEC has got a majority of Academically Careless Students). One fine day, a guy working in the Exam Cell, (who first joined VMKVEC in the Mess and by unknown means suddenly appeared working in the Exam Cell) called as "Samy" disappeared. Everyone was wondering why he left, because he was the apple of the eye to senior officials of the Exam Cell. Later, the same senior officials started spreading rumours that it was a shock to them that they learnt that Samy had been misappropriating money for a long time and that they never knew it.

ix. If Samy was the apple of the eye of Senior Officials at the VMKVEC Exam Cell for so many years and if he had been misappropiating money (that he had to be sent out very recently), then the only logical conclusion is that it could possibly be a team effort as wrong things cannot be done for a long time without support, encouragement and patronage; and Samy could be an unsuspecting VMKVEC official who was entrapped or forced to do Wrong. It is NOT right to blame someone after they have left. Samy should have been given a fair hearing to say his part before he was sent out.

x. A more funny incident can be understood from mail forwarded below, where the concerned official was either ignorant or deliberate in action using the signature seal of the Head of the Institution, which could have amounted to forgery, which is a criminal offence.

xi. At such levels of funny/purposeful/sabotaging operation by officials, the power to sack anyone by VMKVEC Officials will spell disastrous for the VMU Management, as the VMU Management will be deprived of the right to information as employer.

xii. Further, every act of financial irregularity might be heaped on someone and they may be sacked depriving the VMU Management of the chance to correct financial impropriety.

xiii. An unhealthy outcome of such events will be the unhealthy polarising of power to one or more groups of people who can do every wrong in the Institution and still get away by heaping the blame on someone else and punishing them.

xiv. Hence, it is suggested that

xv. A fair personal private hearing by the VMU Management or Authorised Representative of the VMU Management be given for every employee who has been sacked/sent out/disappeared/resigned before the employee stops working for the VMU Management

xvi. Employees who have been sacked/sent out/disappeared/resigned earlier may be invited for such a fair personal private hearing by the VMU Management or Authorised Representative of the VMU Management as former employees also might still have good loyalty to the VMU Management

xvii. Every employee be advised to contact the VMU Management or Authorised Representative of the VMU Management for briefing/debriefing in the event of sacking or forced disappeareance/tendering of resignation.

xviii. Thanking you for your time and kind attention

xix. Sincerely

xx. Prof. Dr. A. Prabhu Britto

29. Discussion regarding points raised in internal reports submitted to University – Enclosed as copy of emails. Ref: Email: dt. Fri, Oct14, 2011 at 12:26 PM Resent at Thu, Feb 6, 2014 at 5:6, 2014 at 5:04 PM Partial Subject line: Handing Over.. Mail 4... Your Response to each of the points submitted therein, also extracted and provided here???

i. I wish to convey to your Excellency that I have been asked by Dr.A.Nagappan to evaluate faculty of VMKVEC in areas of R & D, and submit a list of people who should be removed from service. It was hinted that the list should include some of the Deans as well, like Dr.Devarajan, Dr.Sreerangan and Dr.Vijayakumar, for the reason that they are over 65 years of age.

ii. I have refused to be party to this exercise, even under the threat of removal from the position of Dean (R&D) for reasons below:

iii. 1. I suspect the intentions of Dr.Nagappan, Dr.Devarajan and Dr.Sreerangan could be older, but Dr.Vijayakumar is certainly not in the age group of 65.

iv. 2. Even if there are excess faculty, it has certainly been brought about by the administrative policies of Dr.Nagappan, when he refused to grow the Institute in synchronism with sustained admission patterns and instead chose to rely on a sudden spurt in admission, and utilized it for expanding into new avenues of misappropriation of money.

v. 3. I suspect that under the guise of removing excess faculty, Dr.Nagappan could possibly attempt to remove faculty who knew about his misappropriations of University money and resources, so that evidence of his misdeeds could be erased.

vi. 4. I am aware of the numerous years of experience in this College and University has helped Dr.Nagappan and his Team to personally know each and every Management member and this knowledge has helped to uniquely design activities for the misappropriation of University money and resources (If this knowledge has been used for the betterment of the College, it would have certainly yielded a lot of fruit by now, instead of concentrating on misappropriation of resources)

vii. 5. So many unnecessary people have been brought in and placed in strategic assignments, not for the growth of the Institution, but only for taking over complete control over the activities of the College

viii. 6. Dr.Nagappan and his team have failed to appreciate that however close anyone might be to the Management, it does not give them unquestioned rights to misappropriate Institutional resources.

ix. 7. For the past 4 years that I am working in this College, Dr.Nagappan and his Team have meted out harassment to me to make me submit to Dr.Nagappan and co-operate with him and his team in misappropriating the resources of the College, betraying the faith of the Management of the University. There have been so many instances where I have been mercilessly and publicly humiliated, intimidated and disrespected by even Technicians and Attenders to make me bow down and join as their team member to misappropriate resources. In spite of all of these, I have refused to co-operate with any activity in misappropriating the Management money and resources.

x. 8. I am also aware of restrictions that had been clamped on my functioning, because I have refused to co-operate with Dr.Nagappan in misappropriating the Management money and resources.

xi. 9. Under these circumstances, it will not be fair to evaluate faculty and force them out of the Institution based on the threats of Dr. Nagappan to my rank/position in the Institution.

xii. 10. Therefore, there needs to be a University approved policy of examining the excess faculty with suitable corrective action, so that the faculty who are wanted by the Management (under various University evolved criteria) are retained.

xiii. The only reason that I landed up at this University in 2007 was that some well-established people/academic officials in this Country got interested in the Research on Meditation that I was doing to help an ancient Hindu Ashram (as listed in my email signature, visiting card and letterhead) and gave me immense pressure to sell the rights of the research to them. I had no intention of betraying the Ashram in return for luxuries, money, status, official appointments and I had refused to bow down to pressure though I was sacked from work and hurdles created for completion of my PhD program.

xiv. When I have not betrayed the Ashram even when very important and prominent people of this Country forced me to betray the Ashram, how can Dr. Nagappan expect me to betray the VMU, even after knowing perfectly well that I helped him to complete his PhD papers, thesis and viva presentation only for the sole reason that VMKVEC did not have many PhDs at that time and I had helped his PhD program only for the motivation that once he gets his PhD he will serve the University in a better capacity (That’s also the same reason why I had directly or indirectly helped to complete the PhD programs of many others in VMKVEC).

xv. I have not given up my values of ethics or principles even under extreme situations even when I could have got enormous financial and other benefits.

xvi. Therefore, I dont have any intention of betraying the VMU Management under any threat or force of situation. I remain, faithful to my work here and the salary that the VMU Management gives me.

xvii. Since the time I have joined here, I have been put under stress, pressure and all types of intimidatory tatics to make me break down and join against the Management. Now the stress and pressure is building up more and I had to speak out and I have done. I will not betray the Management.

xviii. Thanks & Warmest Regards

xix. Prof. Dr. A. Prabhu Britto

xx. P.S. Dr.Nagappan forgets that he is occupying the Chair of the Principal of the VMKVEC only because of the goodwill of the VMU Management. If evaluation procedures are going to be applied according standards and norms, then, Dr.Nagappan's MS degree by correspondence need not be recognized by VMU (as per the Hon'ble High Court at Madras vide its respected Judgement given in R.Kumar vs The State Of Tamil Nadu on 7 January, 2005 which can be accessed via http://www.indiankanoon.org/doc/249384/ ). If standards and norms are going to be applied, then Dr. Nagappan and a few members of his own team should face de-recognition of their MS by correspondence degree by VMU, as all of them are listed S.No. 60 onwards, in the same Judgement and the VMU might also require to decide whether to withdraw/de-recognize the PhDs awarded to Dr.Nagappan and his team as the PhD degree can be given/recognized only after the candidate possesses a recognized masters degree.

i. I seek to convey to your Excellency that I have taken some damage control measures on behalf of the University.

ii. Faculty had been unhappy over the delayed payment of September Salary and were planning some measures of protest, including taking of Mass Leave.

iii. As one of the Deans of the University, I pitched in for the University and tried to safeguard the University interests.

iv. I conveyed to Faculty and Heads of Department the following points of concern:

v. (1) Kindly do NOT involve in any type of protest as it might affect the University.

vi. (2) There is NO issue/problem between the management of VMU and the Faculty.

vii. (3) There is some unresolved issue regarding financial irregularities/defrauding of University Resources done by Dr. Nagappan which Dr. Nagappan has to get settled with the VMU Management.

viii. (4) If you need salary, kindly approach Dr. Nagappan as he is the Principal. Other than approaching Dr. Nagappan for Salary, kindly do NOT involve in any type of protest against the University.

ix. At the meeting of the Deans & Heads of Department at 3:15 pm today (08.12.2011), I conveyed the same points to Dr. Nagappan, asking him to approach the University, get his personal unresolved issues solved and bring the Salary for the Faculty, as the Faculty should not suffer for the sake of issues that Dr. Nagappan has with the VMU Management.

x. I have advised Dr. Nagappan not to maintain double standards while dealing with Faculty and not mislead them. On one hand, Dr. Nagappan claims that he is never going to send any faculty out of the Institution, while at the same time try to send out faculty (including a few Deans) using me as a weapon and R&D evaluation as alibi and a threat to remove me from my position to force me do it.

xi. Amidst cries of opposition to my suggestions by Prof. Kumaresan (rumored to have been scolded by the Hon'ble Chairman for mismanagement of Exam Cell Money), Dr. Muthuraj Dean Mechanical (rumored to have put condonation fees, topped with fine on top of fine to tax the Mechanical Students) and Dr. Hindhumathy Dean Bio, the discussion was emphasized with Dr. Nagappan threatening to

xii. (1) throw me out of the Institution

xiii. (2) that my days are counted here

xiv. (3) that I'd be removed from my position

xv. (4) that I need not attend any such meeting hereafter

xvi. I have advised Dr. Nagappan to do his duty and stop threatening people.

xvii. I continue to maintain my integrity that I have maintained in the face of the whole world.

xviii. As one of the Deans of the University, I continue to represent and maintain the honor and name of the University in the Country and elsewhere.

i. I am immensely happy to convey that my 3 year long struggle with the IEEE Madras Section has yielded fruit in the form of a EXECOM Membership for the AVIT Head of Institution (a little while earlier) and the VMKVEC Head of Institution (obtained just now).

ii. When I joined VMKVEC in 2007 Nov., I noticed some insufficiencies in the Professionalism of the Faculty and Students. Since I am an IEEE Senior Member (with a membership of 17 years on date), I understood that acquaintance and networking with the IEEE peer group accompanied with joint technical activities will help to improve the brand equity of the VMKVEC Faculty and Students, which will help to directly elevate the brand equity of the Institution.

iii. Brainstorming the Faculty and Students at various levels and forums, I was able to generate some interest in them to improve in quality. Slowly a transformation started taking place and they ventured out into other Professional areas also, though the convergence/divergence between actuals and recorded performance still cant be precisely measured.

iv. My struggle with the IEEE Madras Execom yielded intermediate fruit with the grant of an Execom position to the AVIT Head of Institution (as I refused to take up an Execom position in lieu of dropping the struggle). Since one of our own Heads of Institution (from AVIT) had become an Execom Member of the IEEE, I changed strategies a little, and continued. Now the VMKVEC is represented in the IEEE Execom by its Head of Institution.

v. I have done my best in obtaining EXECOM positions in the IEEE for our Heads of Institutions. With suitable patronage and encouragement from the VMU Management, if we pursue better technical initiatives through the IEEE, we can have a good elevation in brand equity in the near future.

vi. Thanks & Warmest Regards

iv. Dear Sir

v. With reference to the happenings in the College, I wish to share the following points with you.

vi. 1) You have been redesignated as Chief Administrative Officer, by The Hon'ble Vice Chairman His Excellency Dato Dr. S. SHARAVANAN

vii. 2) There have been two other redesignations done by The Hon'ble Vice Chairman (to the portolios of Dr. A. Nagappan and Dr. P. Senguttuvan).

viii. 3) You need to respect the redesignation done to your portfolio by The Hon'ble Vice Chairman

ix. 4) It implies that you understand and appreciate the trust and the faith of The Hon'ble Vice Chairman on you and the responsibility given to you as a consequence of that.

x. 5) You are expected to be loyal and faithful to the trust and the faith of the Hon'ble Vice Chairman on you.

xi. 6) It does NOT serve any purpose to compromise the integrity of your Office and your redesignation, by letting Dr. A. Nagappan decide Administrative issues (supposed to be incharge of Academics -- as his redesignation order has NOT been seen, while your redesignation orders as Chief Administrative Officer has been seen and you openly go about giving the impression to all faculty and staff that you will work only on the advice of Dr. Nagappan.

xii. 7) If The Hon'ble Vice Chairman has made some modifications in governing the College, then the Hon'ble Vice Chairman alone will be the sole authority. Redesignated authorities, attempting to run the Institution on their own whims and fancies, need to understand that they are violating the spirit of the redesignation done by The Hon'ble Vice Chairman. Further, when it is done openly, it amounts to a joint rebellion by the redesignated authorities against The Hon'ble Vice Chairman.

xiii. 8) There was a time in the past when Dr. Nagappan was scrutinized by the VMU Management in the area of financial irregularities. You would remember that he called up a meeting of all faculty and staff in the A/c auditorium and announced that he will be the Principal always, and none can dare remove him (If he needed to inform that to the VMU management, then he should have told the VMU management directly, instead of calling up a meeting of faculty and staff and conveying it indirectly to the VMU management). The magnanimity and forgiving nature of the VMU Management is the reason for Dr. Nagappan to be an employee of VMU still.

xiv. 9) Dr. Nagappan has his own peculiar way of doing things by making people live in constant fear, using the traditional method of rewards and punishments to those who obey or disobey him. Dr. Nagappan never understands that he is also an employee of the VMU Management like all other employees (Ofcourse, there may have been deviations done in his time as sole authority as Principal to promote against norms faculty and staff pleasing him while denying the eligibilities of faculty and staff who were loyal and faithful to the VMU Management and consequently earned his displeasure)

xv. 10) You need to understand and appreciate that your portfolio has been redesignated by The Hon'ble Vice Chairman, and you need to be loyal and faithful to your employer.

xvi. 11) If you still wish to work only under the guidance of Dr. A. Nagappan (even after his portfolio has also been redesignated and you have been redesignated as Chief Administrative Officer), you need to understand that your actions could be treated as open revolt against the Hon'ble Vice Chairman.

xvii. 12) Please note that I am NOT sidestepping my portfolio in offering advice to you. But I wish to clarify that I will stand loyal and faithful to the redesignation orders issued by The Hon'ble Vice Chairman.

xviii. Thanks & Warmest Regards

i. Dear Dr. Nagappan

ii. Greetings to you.

iii. With specific reference to the following events:

iv. (1) Transit of Saturn (to Thula Rasi) seated in an exalted position

v. (2) The Sun about to descend from his exalted position in a few days -- barely a week

vi. (3) Unconfirmed Reports that you have rushed to your hometown (armed with 20 to 30 big garlands)

vii. (4) Mysterious actions by people declared close to you viz., Mr. Chellapandian, Mr. Kannan, Mr. Madhan & Mr. Sakthivel

viii. (a) Mr. Kannan & Mr. Madhan

· (i) harassing people working in hostel

· (ii) attempting to disrupt periodic water supply by shunting out the water tanker driver (who does it day and night regularly so far)

· (iii) exodus of students from hostel (who are rumoured to have paid 10,000 per student to College/Hostel authorities to permit them to vacate hostel mid-term)

· (iv) read together with unusual patronage of students to the level that they take alcohol in hostel premises (reported by me earlier, based on a student confession who was caught doing nuisance in a drunk/inebriated condition)

ix. (b) Mr. Sakthivel

· (i) suddenly trying to handle students high handedly

x. (c) Mr. Chella Pandian

· (i) causing casual/accidental, erraticity/insufficiency in supply of cooked food to the hostel mess

xi. (5) Presence of people coming in for First Year admission reporting (students and their parents) in Hostel & Campus (due to announced First Year Inauguration shortly)

xii. The only possible inference is the brewing/nurturing a student problem with clear well-planned strategies (so that in the event of a major student problem as witnessed earlier, no fingers can be pointed at anyone and none can be accused). Later, even if an enquiry is held, the only logical conclusion that may be permitted to arrived at would be that "such issues have been there for quite a long time but it has accidentally burst out now".

xiii. In the interests of the Institution/University, a student problem should NOT be doctored and created internally.

xiv. The main advantage of creating such a big student problem (with consequential damage that can arise to Institutional Property -- as witnessed earlier) would serve to derail the direction of the path of growth that the Institution has started to move towards (due to stricter enforcements by the VMU Management since recent times).

xv. As Head of the Institution, it is your duty to set right things so that nothing goes out of hand which could lead to a student problem.

xvi. I have presented my Observations in all loyalty and faithfulness to the Institution/University that I serve as one of its Deans.

xvii. Thanks & Warmest Regards

Your Response to each of the points submitted therein, also extracted and provided here??

i. The unsaid part of my earlier email (Sub: Priority Email: Part 1/2) is hereby submitted for your Excellency's eyes only.

ii. The only permissible logical conclusion

iii. (1) to create a students problem and force the VMU management (to act according to the whims and fancies of the enforcer of the script of creating a students problem)

iv. (2) to escape from proceedings that seek to regularize financial irregularities (that could have been happening for the past so many years under the direction and direct involvement of the author and enforcer of the script of creating a students problem)

v. (3) is someone who knows the VMU Management thoroughly and indepth (upto to the levels of their inherent strengths and weaknesses)

vi. (4) could possibly be ONLY Dr. A. Nagappan, Principal, VMKVEC -- based on critical observations, analysis and inferences

vii. Under these conditions, as one of the Deans of the University/Institution, I am duty bound to suggest

viii. (a) Enhanced Security for the VMU Management and the members of their families

ix. (b) Security for the Institutional/University Assets

x. (c) Security for the loyal and faithful faculty/staff/employees of the University/Institution

xi. Sincerely

i. Dear Dr. Nagappan

ii. With reference to my previous email dated Aug. 23, 2012, wherein I have already communicated that I am defaulting on loan repayments due to pending salary payments (of 3 months) and requested salary payment so that I can clear my defaulted payments.

iii. Though there was only a portion of the May month's salary that needed to be paid to the faculty, staff and employees at VMKVEC (as on Aug 23., 2012), it went on dragging for more than 15 days and as far as I have heard now, May month's salary is still pending for a few people.

iv. Today is the 10th of this month, and I have already defaulted on payments again, because of non receipt of 3 months salary.

v. There could have been issues earlier, but there was also a time when salary payments were prompt when Dr. Malmurugan was Principal.

vi. Unconfirmed reports suggested that

· you had ambitious plans over the kickbacks arising out of the HP Laptop deal with A-Team (which according to some of the Alumni were not recognized as original HP Laptops by the authentic HP service Centers, because many of the components in the HP branded Laptop did not bear original HP serial numbers. I dont deny that a very few HP Laptops could have been original -- for the sake of marketing but the vast majority could have been spuriously assembled laptops)

· and consequently you eliminated Dr. Malmurugan in your usual style (which has been refined for almost two decades of your presence here)

vii. Then you took over as Principal and ofcourse a lot has happened, culiminating with widespread knowledge that you had betrayed the management financially.

viii. After that, salaries started going on pending payment.

ix. I had hoped that you would settle the issues regarding financial irregularities with the VMU Management, but unfortunately, apart from harassing people to silence them, you dont seem to have settled the issues regarding financial irregularities with the VMU Management.

x. I do understand that you need a life of your own, but you should NOT lead your life at the cost of others food.

xi. For the sake that you had to enjoy life, the people here cannot be foregoing their food or clothing.

xii. There are so many thousands of families, in which the stoves burnt because of the magnanimity of the VMU Management and the same stoves should NOT stop burning because of your selfish unethical interests that betrayed even such philanthropists as the VMU Management.

xiii. You need to remember that when you came into VMU a few decades ago, you were practically a nobody and it is the VMU Management that brought you so far in life.

xiv. Kindly settle the issues regarding financial irregularity with the VMU Management and restore the good will of the VMU Management on VMKVEC.

xv. You are mistaken if you think that if you would delay the salary payments and antagonize the faculty/staff, which will consequently create some faculty/staff problems (like people sitting in the corridor -- as they did earlier sometime ago in the recent past -- unfortunately orchestrated on bad timing which resulted in salary cheques reaching here in a couple of hours time, fizzling out the steam of the protest).

xvi. There are many here who are appreciative of the good work done by the VMU Management and will NOT prefer to side with you against the VMU Management.

xvii. This College and its resources will belong only to the VMU Management.

xviii. Therefore, I suggest that you Dr. Nagappan

· kindly stop all dramas, politics and other activities that are unhealthy to the Institution/University

· and try to restore the goodwill of the VMU Management on VMKVEC

· and get the salaries on time

xix. For the sake of your life, so many families cannot go without food... and my family also cant go without food for the sake of your own selfish interests -- that betrays even the VMU Management that is responsible for who you are today.

xx. I have seen so many heads of Institutions, but none of them ever spoilt the food of the people working there.

xxi. Is there any good use for society for the education that you have had or the PhD that adorns your name; other than the days that we spent in hunger or the torn clothes that we wore or the heavy interest that we paid for loans (because of unexpected delays in salary payments) ?

xxii. As you have proudly declared Dr. Nagappan, in front of a large gathering (in the recent past) that if you cannot get salary for the people working in VMKVEC, you will give up your post as Principal.

xxiii. I want you to recall this declaration that you made in public and enforce it on yourself and permit the VMU Management to restore the VMKVEC to its glory and reputed status in India and abroad.

xxiv. Sincerely

xxv.Prof. Dr. A. Prabhu Britto

xxvi. P.S. As 3 months salary is still not received, and as I have already defaulted on loan repayments, and as I am defaulting now also due to non payment of salary, I need to rush to Coimbatore and negotiate with my lenders to grant me a little more time for repayment and request not to initiate legal action against me for recovery of dues.

xxvii. I have lived a very respectable life, and because of you, I am now pushed to this state where I am unable to repay my loans and begging my lenders not to initiate legal action against me; and I have to rush to Coimbatore (and I am forced to borrow even for my fuel)

i. Dear Dr. Nagappan

ii. Greetings to you.

iii. The recent happenings in VMKV have made me think deeply and I share with you my understanding of it.

iv. All I am sharing with you here is public domain knowledge known to so many people at VMKV and consequently the following paragraphs CANNOT be treated as allegations NOR slandering NOR defamation NOR character assassination of the people referred.

v. Over a period of time many people were associated with you and were given important jobs to do by which they gained name, fame and wealth.

vi. Yet when news broke out regarding large scale irregularities in finance and administration, you seem to face the heat alone. It is only right that all those associated with you should face the heat along with you.

vii. Consequently, to ensure justice, I am herewith presenting some suggestions that might lessen the load of the blame that is heaped on you.

viii. Let us refresh ourselves with some public domain knowledge (which has always been discussed by people as issue specific) by discussing them as people specific instead of issue specific.

ix. I shall share as much as I remember now, and I shall share the rest when I remember it.

x. Bulletted points bear public domain knowledge in concise form. My suggestions will follow after all such cases have been helped to be refreshed in your memory.

xi. Mr. Chellapandian

· 1. Rose to fame when he publicly declared that you can never touch him, because he has got all records of irregularities committed by you and he will present it to the VMU management (if you harm him)

· 2. Consequently you stopped addressing him as “Chellapandian” in corporate style and started addressing him as “Chellapandian Sir” in very humble ways

· 3. Many admire his guts in taking you by the horns and taming you

xii. Prof. P. K. Kumaresan (Currently CAO)

· 1. Charging exorbitant fines from students every semester exam, which may or may not have been recorded properly

· 2. Our Students are NOT the cream of the elite academic student community but comprise many students who are weaker in their studies, which might imply that they would be careless in their academic activity also.

· a. Exorbitant fines are not a method to attempt to correct students, as the money is not earned by the students but by their parents

· b. Punishing the parents with heavy fines for carelessness of their wards/children is not a recommended option

· 3. On an approximate estimate, 3 crore to 4 crore per semester could have been the unaccounted earnings (due to the large number of students present then)

· 4. Considering a period of 3 to 4 years, it could possibly be a gross amount of approximately 18 crores to 32 crores of rupees

xiii. Prof. Kandasamy (former AO)

· 1. Assisting Nikita Fashions Mr. Prakash to help serve our students with suits that helped them dress in bad taste that can’t be accepted as Professional and the Shirts were stitched so perfect that the students had to loosen up a couple of buttons (near the collar) to be able to breathe (though a few samples could have been stitched well).

· 2. Estimate for this activity is not available in the public domain, but Mr. Prakash bought a new SUV

xiv. Prof. Sreerangan

· 1. Was supposed to have strategically planned operations to suspend students and then later help to collect exorbitant money (Rs.25,000/- and upwards) to revoke suspensions

· 2. Amusing that public domain knowledge was generated by him, when he started blabbering outside regarding all these activities (when people said that relations between you and him started going sour) and he gave accounts of so many lakhs of rupees

xv. Mr. Meyappan

· 1. Suddenly shot to fame by building a house estimated to be about 50 lakhs after becoming College Accountant

· 2. Observed to be the bearer of your cup of alcohol during an accreditation inspection

· 3. Conflicting news that he bears only a ITI Certification while supporters claim an MBA degree

xvi. Mr. Kanagaraj

· 1. Official news was conveyed that he represents the VMU Management and would collect the cheques and deposit to VMU Head Office

· 2. Later was found to be sheepishly following Mr. Chellapandian everywhere

· 3. Not much news available why the roaring lion of the VMU head office Mr. Kanagaraj became a lame follower of Mr. Chellapandian

xvii. Office Staff:

· 1. Collection of atleast Rs.20 everytime -- for issuing photocopy (for instance AICTE or UGC approvals) or no-dues certification

xviii. Others:

· 1. Collection of money as fines from students

· a. for not wearing uniform (on specific days)

· b. for laboratory exams

· c. for final year projects (some account for recent collections seems to be generated in the form of a new lab or solar panel, but the earlier collections seems to have disappeared)

· d. low marks in internals/assessments

· e. insufficient attendance

· f. and so many other ingenious ways/modes of collection of fines that can never be imagined of (including but not limited to running fast food joint and forcing students to buy from it – that many of the students never enrolled in hostel the subsequent years)

xix. So many associated with you have earned name fame and glory and leave you alone now to bear the brunt of criticism. Your so called friends have also crossed the floor and have a good name with the VMU Management.

xx. It is justice that all others responsible also share the heat caused due to the irregularities.

xxi. Why should all others who are responsible too, bathe in milk while you alone stand accused?

xxii. You chose to disregard my advice regarding the choice of staff and power given in the previous years.

xxiii. Whatever could have happened in due course of time, but you are still the head of the Institution and you can still correct issues, earn the blessings and goodwill of the VMU.

xxiv. On a lighter note, I know that you will not take my advice (as it has been in the past) but I am also aware that when I convey good things, you would attempt it (as much as you can), and walk away with the glory alone (though you could have done better if you take my advice).

xxv.I wish you good luck and hope that differences/issues/misunderstandings with the VMU Management are settled soon.

xxvi. Thanks & Warmest Regards

i. Dear Colleagues

ii. Greetings to you.

iii. With reference to the email forwarded below, I wish to share the following concerns with you.

iv. The information that I share here is public domain knowledge known to so many people at VMKV and consequently the following paragraphs CANNOT be treated as allegations NOR slandering NOR defamation NOR character assassination of the people referred.

v. Kindly read the email forwarded below prior to reading this email.

vi. When there is a lot of public domain knowledge that indicates financial and administrative irregularities accompanied by silence from the Officials here, it starts adding more fuel to the fire and sometimes, it could have a snowballing effect and make the issue of financial and administrative irregularities seem more bigger than imagination.

vii. Most of you have been handpicked by Dr. Nagappan and it is very much possible that you could owe greater allegiance and loyalty to Dr. Nagappan compared to the VMU Management.

viii. If you really wish to help Dr. Nagappan, it is good to come out into the open.

ix. Those who have been clean, can announce their cleanliness

x. Those who have made mistakes (under various situation/circumstance), can outline the situation/circumstance that led to the mistakes being committed and own up responsibility; else all responsibilities will land up on Dr. Nagappan.

xi. Though as Principal, he will be forced to own up direct/indirect responsibility for everything that has happened, yet it is not justice that he is forced to own up responsibility for anything that has happened without his knowledge.

xii. For doing good things, working as a team is always good. For doing wrong things, a team effort has its own weaknesses, as some will walk away free by heaping the blame on someone else and make them a scapegoat.

xiii. As Teachers, we need to be moral and ethical, teaching good values to the student community by our words and actions.

xiv. It will be very good for the restoration of the goodwill of the VMU Management on VMKVEC, get our salaries regularly, get encouragement and patronage of the VMU Management for all future activities of VMKVEC.

xv. If that has to happen, some modifications need to be done; and that can be done only when you file your individual reports to the VMU Management directly or address to Dr. Nagappan and CC to the VMU Management.

xvi. On a lighter note, when something good happens, many run to the VMU Management and claim credit for the good activity (whether or not they caused the good to happen); but when something bad like what has happened now (with so much public domain knowledge on financial & administrative irregularities), not many are filing their reports.

xvii. All of us receive our Salaries from the VMU Management.

xviii. There could have been intermediaries who could have recommended our rank/positions or our salaries, but the final approving authority has always been the VMU Management.

xix. We need to be faithful to the last paisa that we have received as salary from the VMU Management.

xx. Let reports be filed, so that the public domain knowledge of vast financial and administrative irregularities be accounted properly and responsibility fixed on those who are responsible, instead of a blanket responsibility on Dr. A. Nagappan, who could have done some mistakes, but not all of the mistakes.

xxi. Let us help Dr. A. Nagappan and the VMU Management to set VMKVEC in order, for the betterment of the Students, Employees, Staff, Faculty, Administrators which will also earn good returns for the VMU Management and a good reputation for VMKVEC in the State/Country.

xxii. Thank you for your time

xxiii. Warmest Regards

xxiv. Prof. Dr. A. Prabhu Britto

i. Dear Colleagues

ii. Greetings to you.

iii. With reference to the emails forwarded below, I wish to share the following concerns with you.

iv. The information that I share here is public domain knowledge known to so many people at VMKV and consequently the following paragraphs CANNOT be treated as allegations NOR slandering NOR defamation NOR character assassination of the people referred.

v. Kindly read the emails forwarded below prior to reading this email.

vi. Today is the 21st of this Month… on 23rd, the account for Aug 24 – Sept 23 will be done, and there will be another addition to the number of months wherein salary is pending payment.

vii. Since the salary for the month of June has been started to be paid from Sept. 19, some will have 3 months salary pending payment and some will have 4 months salary pending payment.

viii. It has been almost 3 years since the public domain knowledge regarding financial and administrative irregularities committed by various officials of VMKVEC started surfacing and salary payments started becoming irregular with pending payments.

ix. Loans were taken to tide out of the crisis of salary pending payments. Everyone suffered. So many employees went without proper food or clothes.

x. Those who were responsible for the financial and administrative irregularities (according to public domain knowledge) were still enjoying life; their relatives suddenly got money from nowhere and started engineering colleges elsewhere. Further, to defend their ill-gotten wealth by defrauding the University, the Management and the Students, the same people started becoming more arrogant to stifle anyone from speaking out publicly.

xi. Now, things have gone from bad to worse, because admissions have also dropped over the past few years.

xii. People started suffering more, but those who were responsible for the financial and administrative irregularities (according to public domain knowledge) are still enjoying life.

xiii. It is time that those responsible for financial and administrative irregularities

· report to the VMU Management,

· offer confessional/approver statements,

· return back to the VMU Management all the money and assets that have been earned through misappropriated University & Student resources.

xiv. Every University/Institution will always have some strength and some weaknesses. Consequently, after defrauding the VMU Management, the University & Student Resources, there is no point in trying to hold on to the weaknesses of the University/Institution as ransom/insurance to prevent action against defrauding the University.

xv. It needs to be understood that the University/Institutional weaknesses can be used to check-mate the VMU Management only until the VMU Management finds out alternate avenues to take action against those who defrauded the VMU Management and the University and the Students.

xvi. When alternate avenues to take action against those who defrauded the VMU Management and the University and the Students are found out, then there is no advantage in holding on to the weaknesses of the University/Institution to prevent action.

xvii. The University/Institution can always set right its weaknesses, and it does not give anyone any moral right to defraud the VMU Management or the University or the Students.

xviii. The people responsible for defrauding the VMU Management and the University and the Students need to understand that holding on to the weaknesses of the University/Institution as a ransom/insurance is not going to help them any further – Concerns regarding University weaknesses are not related to the financial and administrative fraud committed against the VMU Management and the University and the Students.

xix. Therefore, let the faculty, staff and employees loyal, sincere and faithful to the VMU Management -- who are suffering without proper food and clothing and other basic needs of life, get their dues.

xx. Further, let those administrators, officials, faculty, staff and employees who have defrauded the VMU Management, the University and Student Resources, return back the defrauded University resources to the VMU Management and request for forgiveness.

xxi. There will be a time of two weeks given to those administrators, officials, faculty, staff and employees who have defrauded the VMU Management, the University and Student resources to

· 1. Prepare their financial statements

· 2. Hand over all cash, gold, assets, movable and immovable property (that was defrauded) back to the VMU Management

· 3. Arrange for legal transfer of cash, gold, assets, movable and immovable property (that was defrauded), which could have been recorded in the name of spouse/relative back to the VMU Management

failing which, all information against those who defrauded the VMU Management, University and Student Resources (viz., administrators, officials, faculty, staff and employees) will be passed on to

· the Directorate of Vigilance & Anti-Corruption,

· the Income Tax Department,

· Enforcement Directorate and other

· Agencies/Bodies of the Central & State Governments, along with request to check the financial dealings of the people reported, their spouses and their relatives -- for assets disproportionate to known sources of income.

xxii. I believe, I don’t need to remind you that I represent an ancient Ashram in India, whose previous Gadipati gave the Ram Mantra to Mahatma Gandhi (transforming Gandhi into a Mahatma) and there has been a lot of good that has been done to the Nation and the State since time immemorial.

xxiii. Therefore, those responsible for defrauding the VMU Management, the University and Student Resources may kindly make amends as advised in the previous paragraphs, failing which, after two weeks time, the concerns will be reported as indicated in the previous paragraphs,

· whether I am in the service of VMU then (even if I am out of the service of VMU by then, still I am obliged to be faithful to the salary that I have been paid by the VMU Management and I need to do some good to them),

· whether I am framed in any false charge or NOT

· whether I am alive or killed in mysterious circumstances

xxiv. I believe it can be understood that automatic submission of reports in my presence/absence has already been authenticated by me and designated, to be filed irrespective of whatever happens to me.

xxv.Let those faculty, staff, employees and others who have been loyal, sincere and faithful to the VMU Management get their pending salaries, their food, clothing and basic necessities of life, which they have been deprived off, due to the misappropriation of the resources of the VMU Management, University and Students by a select few.

xxvi. This letter bears BCC to the Ashram, for the sake of my own safety.

i. I hereby report to your Excellency the following incident.

ii. I woke up at 2:30 am (in my room at Kavery Hostel -- VMKVEC Campus, Room No. 83) and opened my door to go out to use the bathroom/washroom. Found that the door was locked from the outside.

iii. Called up one of the hostel Officials Mr. Kannan, who resides in a room in the ground floor of the same hostel.

iv. There was no response from Mr. Kannan. Consequently, I tried calling the College Reception. The Security manning the College Reception answered. I told them that I have been locked inside my hostel room as the door has been locked outside and requested their help to open the door from outside.

v. The security manning the reception brought in the security manning the kavery hostel and opened up my hostel room.

vi. Then it was observed that some papers had been burnt under my door. The ceramic tiles had got burnt but the door has not got burnt (Strange things happen when God protects people)

vii. Moreover my room is on the first floor, and there is no escape path through the grilled window.

viii. Consequently, this amounts to locking me up inside my room at night and setting fire, blocking out pathways to escape.

ix. Please find attached photographs and photographed report by (1) Hostel Authorities and (2) Security

x. As one of the Deans of this University, I continue to serve with integrity, loyalty and faithfulness to the VMU Management.

xi. This letter bears BCC to The Ashram.

Your Response to each of the points submitted therein, also extracted and provided here?? (To be read together with Handing Over Mail 15, 16, 17, 18 and relieving order indicating that i worked as Dean Research upto Feb 2014)

i. Dear Colleagues

ii. Greetings to you.

iii. Today morning (Nov. 16, 2012), while I was signing the Attendance Register, a circular was presented to me for my sign. I read through the Circular and I DID NOT sign the circular.

iv. I made the following observations:

· Some reasons of excess faculty due to reduced student strength was given as a lengthy description. Since I had difficulty in quoting the entire writing as given, I tried to take a photocopy of it and I was prevented from doing it.

· When a paper is issued publicly in the Institution, why can’t it be photocopied?

· It seemed to be an internal circular as NO copy was marked to the VMU Management or University Officials

· There seemed to be many re-designations, the merit of which I do NOT question for there have been many who have consented and affixed their signature.

· However, I noticed that against my name was marked the rank as Senior Professor in charge of R & D activities.

· I do not dispute the fact that I am regarded as a Senior Professor in Research by virtue of my National & International Research reputation

· But the portfolio of the Dean (Research & Development), VMKVEC was not reflected against my name

· Consequently, I wish to communicate the following points of concern.

· The position of a Dean is never given or taken by virtue of redesignation circulars

· A Dean is Instituted by the University Management under the authority with the pleasure of the VMU Management and a Dean represents the University (wherever been placed in any of the Constituent Institutions)

· I am sincerely discharging my duties as a Dean, with integrity, loyalty and faithfulness to the VMU Management, inspite of various harrasments, intimidations and attempt on my life

· If any promotion or redesignation of my portfolio needs to be done, it cannot be done by the same group of people at VMKVEC whom I have reported to the University Management.

· Therefore, I request you to kindly refrain from issuing such frivolous circulars with no locus standi and kindly do not disturb the fabric of the education system present in the Institution (On a lighter note, when so many communications bearing less significant information is communicated with a copy issued to each Official, why was not a copy issued for this circular?)

· Consequently, in the noble traditions of the Office of a Dean, I will continue to serve as Dean (Research & Development), VMKVEC with integrity, sincerity, loyalty and faithfulness to the University Management as long as the University Management wishes me to serve as a Dean.

· Thanks for your time.

· Sincerely

· Prof. Dr. A. Prabhu Britto

i. I wish to bring to your kind attention, that I went to bed only at 12:30 midnight. I noticed at 12:30 midnight and many times later, that the PSF (excuse the mistake in the acronym for the Security Service, if there is a mistake) Security personnel posted in the first floor who had changed position conveniently to keep an eye on my room (on the same floor) since the attempt on my life at the Hostel on Oct. 11, 2012 (already reported to you) was missing.

ii. Since the attempt on my life on Oct. 11, 2012,

· which had been carried out inside the hostel premises,

· which is usually locked at night

· when PSF Security manning the hostel never turned up to help

· while Delta Force Security manning the College reception turned up immediately to help

iii. the missing PSF Security personnel from the first floor of the Hostel (wherein I stay),

· alerted me of further impending unfortunate events and

· I spent the night almost half awake.

· It was great to behold the sun rise in the morning, and I slept a couple of hours in peace after sunrise.

42. Discussion regarding points raised in internal reports submitted to University – Enclosed as copy of emails. Email: dt. Your Response to each of the points submitted therein, also extracted and provided here??

i. Prof. Selvam dropped into my Office today morning and conveyed that my salary has been approved, with the condition that I meet Mr. Sadhashivam tomorrow and then meet Mr. Balaji (both at the University Head Quarters) to collect my salary.

ii. Since you handle Establishment and Mr. Balaji handles Accounts, I was not sure why I'm put through to Establishment prior to Accounts, unless there was something serious.

iii. Consequently, I dropped into your Office at the Univ. HQ. Your assistant courteously gave me your mobile number 9362104179.

iv. I appreciate sincerely your kind gesture of answering my phone call though you told me that you were in Pondicherry for an Inspection, and briefed me that there are no photocopies of my certificates on record in my file at the Univ. HQ. Further, you had asked for it thrice and have not received them. I explained that photocopies of my Certificates have already been submitted to VMKVEC while joining duty and I was not sure why the same have not been sent to the Univ. HQ. I offered to send them immediately to you via email as my salary has been held up due to pending Establishment procedure (which was just now informed to me) and based on your advice, your assistant gave me your email id as k.sathasivamhrd@gmail.com and appraised me that it was just a case of submission of photocopies of my certificates and suggested me to send via my attender or despatch. I assured her that I will personally drop in to submit the photocopies of my certificates as I do not have any assistant or attender assigned to help me in Office.

v. While I was rushing out of the Univ. HQ, I noticed Vice Principal Dr. P. Senguttuvan rushing in and parking his car in the empty parking bays of the 9000 series cars. It was rather strange to me, as Dr.P.Senguttuvan never drives in haste. Further, by protocol, the parking bays of the 9000 series cars of the VMU Management would not be used by anyone else, whether they are empty or full.

vi. I came to my Office, tried to attach the scanned copies of Certificates by email and found that it was difficult, coz the attachment size was more than 40MB. Therefore, I printed out the copies of the Certificates and while going to the Univ. HQ, noticed Dr.Senguttuvan’s car back in its place at VMKVEC.

vii. I submitted the photocopies of the following Certificates to your Assistant:

· My Visiting Card (in Original)

· Covering letter to you

· Letter to Dr.Nagappan, Principal VMKEC, dated 14.12.2011 outlining the risks to my Certificates and reasons why my Original Certificates cannot be submitted and needed to be kept safe and secure elsewhere

· Joining Report to VMKVEC (dated 23.11.2007)

a. VMKVEC Appointment Order

b. SIET Relieving Order

c. SREC Service Cum Salary Certificate

d. Karunya Univ. Experience Certificate

e. VLBJ College of Eng. Service Certificate

f. Anna Univ. PhD Degree Certificate

g. Anna Univ. College of Eng., Guindy PhD Viva Voce Proceedings

h. Anna Univ. PhD Course Completion Certificate

i. Anna Univ. PhD Viva Voce Invitation

j. Anna Univ. ME Degree Certificate

k. Bharathiyar Univ. BE Degree Certificate

l. HSC Marksheet

m. Matriculation Marksheet

· Your Assistant called you up and I could understand that you wished her to communicate something and she was declining to do so. I understood that something was amiss.

· Therefore, I called you up again, and reported that I am submitting photocopies of my Certificates to your Assistant. You explained to me that you are in an Inspection and consequently wanted me to submit my photocopies and you would verify them with my Originals. I explained that my documents are safe and secure in a bank locker and I do need time to go home at Coimbatore, get the keys and fetch them from the bank locker. Subsequently you wanted me to give an undertaking that I will submit the originals at a later date. I tried explaining to you that I have a genuine difficulty in submitting my Original Certificates, which I had already submitted in writing to the Principal VMKVEC earlier (which never found its way to your Office) and my salary has been held up due to this Establishment proceeding communicated to me today morning. You declined to clear the pending establishment proceeding blocking my salary payment and helped me to note that you are in an Inspection elsewhere and it can neither be discussed over phone now nor can be salary block be cleared and I could meet you tomorrow morning as soon as you arrived from Pondicherry. I understood that it was pointless to try to continue the conversation and courteously hung up. While leaving, I handed over the photocopies of my Certificates to your assistant and she refused to take them up. It was strange to me that the lady who was courteously speaking to me the first time was scared to receive the copies of my certificates.

viii. Maybe this was why Dr.Senguttuvan rushed behind me to the Univ. HQ earlier. Was this again a game played by the same people whom I’ve reported of irregularities to the VMU Management? Was this orchestrated by the same people who attempted to burn me in my hostel room after locking the door from outside?

ix. However, I am not attributing any reasons for such strange things as Establishment block on salary payment triggered on a day when the HR Officer is on Inspection duty elsewhere.

x. Further,

· On the day of interview for my position here at VMKVEC, I had duly informed then Principal Dr.Malmurugan and then Dean Dr.Nagappan that I have genuine concerns for the safety of my Original Certificates, and my appointment was done only on the assurance that my Original Certificates will NOT be asked to be submitted and it was sufficient if my Original Certificates are displayed if required. I had also assured that I will NOT run away from the University/Institution (as my Original Certificates are NOT held by the University/Institution) and if I need to go, I will certainly give advance notice

· I have been working here for 5 years,

· submitted photocopies of my Certificates on joining date itself

· been drawing salary for 5 years continuously

· Denied increments a few years ago (when all faculty were given increments. I was completing my PhD then, and many who hadn’t even registered for PhD were given greater scale of pay than me)

xi. Given delayed increment after I got my PhD

xii. Marked lower than Dr.Senguttuvan in the register and other proceedings, though he had not completed his PhD then (Even now, Dr.Senguttuvan is marked above me on the register and other proceedings though I received my PhD earlier than him) – Was amusing to note that his Salary got incremented as soon as submitted his thesis (while I had to wait after getting my PhD degree which was almost a year after submission of thesis), his salary was fixed lower than me, and then corrected to a value higher than me, while I remained on the same Salary as fixed earlier.

xiii. Before I bought my car (on loan) and while I travel now without my car, I never had the privilege of being picked up or dropped using College Car (except for only one time when I badly needed to use the Car) while all other officials use pick up and drop facilities using the College Car always – Public domain knowledge states that officials who joined as Plumber (and later became Chief Warden – Mr.Kannan) and another who joined as Driver (and later became Mess Incharge – Mr. Chella Pandian) based on qualifications unknown best known only to the Principal always use Official Cars while myself of the rank of a Professor has always been denied one (though my requirement was only a pick up or drop to the Salem Railway Station) – Thanks to the public transport system (town buses) and autorickshaws, I am still able to carry on without depending on College Car.

xiv. Everytime, using every opportunity, I was thoroughly humiliated, intimidated and even attempted to be burnt alive and I am still working in this University/Institution

xv. Payments to my loans dues have defaulted due to delayed salary payment and as soon as I can receive my Salary, I need to rush to repay my loans.

xvi. To add to all of my miseries, you Sir, are now blocking my Salary Payment due to an Establishment Procedure conveyed to me today morning while you are out-of-station today.

xvii. We had 5 years with us, since my date of joining here, and we could have sorted out this issue anytime. If I had to run away from this University/Institution, I would have done it long long ago. I wouldn’t have had to stay so long and keep on enduring such difficulties (including an attempt on my life).

xviii. Out of respect for the Ashram, who got alarmed at the irregularities done by the officials of VMKVEC behind the back of the VMU Management, wished me to stay and help the Management to set things right, as this University should grow and benefit the students of this region and other regions.

xix. Therefore, I stayed and I still continue to work here, even after an attempt to burn me alive, and your blocking my salary, asking for photocopies of my certificates (then demand changed to original certificates in a matter of an hour).

xx. The whole world knows that I work in Vinayaka Missions University

· due to my association with His Holiness Yogi Samrat Dhyanyogi Omdasji Maharaj

· due to my interaction with hundreds of eminent research scientists, experts and professors from all over the world as a result of the Journals of His Holiness Yogi Samrat Dhyanyogi Omdasji Maharaj, which I administer as Founding Editor

· as displayed on my website,

· information on published research articles,

· as returned by the thousands of google search results when searched for my name

xxi. Anytime, we can sit and discuss about my degree certificates.

xxii. But my loans payments are defaulted due to delayed salary payments and I need to pay my loans dues as soon as possible, and on top of it, you have put up an Establishment block on my Salary.

xxiii. I have done my BE regular at VLBJ College of Engineering, Coimbatore (Bharathiyar University) and done my ME regular and PhD sponsored regular at the College of Engineering Guindy, which is a constituent college of the Anna University. There is NO option of any malpractice in my educational records.

xxiv. http://www.indiankanoon.org/doc/249384/ lists a Judgement of the Hon’ble High Court at Madras which does not recognize degrees obtained by Correspondence and dismissed the petition filed by (according to Serial No. in Judgement copy)

· 60. P.K.Kumaresan

· 61. A.Nagappan

· 64. P.Selvam

xxv.Serial No. 60 is the Chief Administrative Officer of VMKVEC

xxvi. Serial No. 61 is the Principal of VMKVEC

xxvii. Serial No. 64 is the Dean of Computer Science at VMKVEC.

xxviii. In true spirit of respect to the Judgement of the Hon’ble High Court at Madras (referred above), Prof.PK Kumaresan, Dr. Nagappan and Prof. Selvam do NOT have recognized masters degrees. Further, the same Judgement also indicates that it cannot recommend for consideration of recognition of the degree conferred by the BITS, Pilani for any purpose much less for the purpose of appointment/ promotions/ higher studies for doing Ph. D. etc., There is no reason to discount the Judgement, for the petitioners themselves applied by writ, to have their MS degree programs recognized for doing PhD and for getting promotions based on this degree and the Hon’ble High Court at Madras has dismissed the writ, which indicates no malafide intention by any third party to discredit Prof PK Kumaresan, Dr. Nagappan and Prof. Selvam

xxix. Consequently, the admission to PhD programme at VMU by Dr.Nagappan should stand cancelled due to misrepresentation of holding a recognized MS Degree. If such is the case, then the PhD awarded to Dr.Nagappan should be withdrawn by the University and all scholars pursuing PhD under Dr. Nagappan’s supervision need to be shifted to other PhD Supervisors of VMU. Similar is the case of Prof. Selvam.

xxx.Prof. Kumaresan seems to have been doing his PhD elsewhere, consequently withdrawing of awarded PhD degree does not arise but his MS degree also stands without recognition.

xxxi. Therefore, with true respect to the Judgement of the Hon’ble High Court at Madras, Prof. PK Kumaresan, Dr. Nagappan and Prof. Selvam all hold ONLY BE DEGREES.

xxxii. This implies that they are not eligible to work in an Engineering College, as the norm is holding a recognized Masters Degree.

xxxiii. A few people have been laid off recently as they had not completed their masters degrees, but Prof.Kumaresan CAO, Dr.Nagappan Principal and Prof.Selvam Dean Computer Science are still working in VMU VMKVEC.

xxxiv. If the same yardstick has been used by the Establishment section, then Prof Kumaresan, Dr Nagappan and Prof Selvam are NOT even qualified to be a Lecturer/Assistant Professor.

xxxv. The VMU Establishment Section has been turning a blind eye to all of these, but enforces an Establishment block on my salary payment especially when

· I am submitting copies of my Certificates

· My degrees are all recognized degrees (and can be verified from Bharathiyar University & Anna University)

· I have been sincere, loyal and faithful in the discharge of my duties towards the Institution, University and the VMU Management

· I have explained the difficulty in submitting my Original Degree Certificates (but accepted to display them on requirement) even before joining here and I have been issued an appointment order and also accepted by me on understanding of the difficulties.

· I have always been here at Campus, except on days that I go home to Coimbatore or attend to other personal commitments.

· If the College was not responding satisfactorily to your queries regarding my Degree Certificates, you could have reached out to me anytime in the 5 years that I’m working here, instead of putting up an Establishment block on my salary payment and informing it to me on the day that you are out of station, and we could have sorted out any issues, if present.

· I have done a lot of good for this University and I certainly DO NOT DESERVE an Establishment block proceedings on my Salary payment.

xxxvi. I request you to kindly lift the Establishment block on my Salary payment and give me my salary,

· as I have to repay my defaulted loans payments due to delayed salary

· as I am still in service at VMU VMKVEC,

· inspite of attempting to burning me alive (after locking me inside my hostel room) and

· inspite of numerous other harassments, humiliations, intimidations

· and we can always sort out the issue of my Certificates anytime.

xxxvii. Sincerely

xxxviii. Prof. Dr. A. Prabhu Britto

xxxix. P.S. I am attaching my previous communication on 14.12.2011 to Dr Nagappan Principal regarding the concerns about the safety of my degree certificates

43. Discussion regarding points raised in internal reports submitted to University – Enclosed as copy of emails. Email: dt. Wed, Sep 25, 2013 at 8:47 AM Resent at Thu, Feb 6, 2014 at 6:31 PM Partial Subject line: Handing Over.. Mail 37... Your Response to each of the points submitted therein, also extracted and provided here??

i. The position of the Dean of the College of Engineering Guindy is a highly decorated rank and carries with it a highly respected tradition of heading one of the most reputed and ancient Engineering Institutions in the Country and in the World (though the CEG is a constituent college of Anna Univ., still the CEG has a separate identity and respect).

ii. Apart from appreciating the Dean CEG, for his gesture of eating the same food that students eat, accompanied with tea that’s gone cold (NOT cold/chilled tea) it is also some time for introspection.

iii. Consequently, it is suggested that

· Officials of VMKVEC who have Hostel/Mess food may kindly have food at the Hostel/Mess Dining Hall instead of carrying food separately for them (with/without additional items than indicated in the regular menu) through the Aaya’amma’s

· The Aaya’amma’s have been employed by the VMU Management to assist the Institution in capacity designated to them.

· Hence, the Aaya’amma’s shouldn’t be diverted to work in the Canteen (when it is NOT declared whether the Canteen is a part of the Institution or a Private Enterprise).

· The Aaya’amma’s deputed in the hostels have work in the hostels and they cannot be diverted to do work in the Canteen, compromising the work in the hostels.

· Similarly other officials of the rank of plumber, sweeper, etc., should be given work only in the Institution. When public domain knowledge freely acknowledges that plumbers and others have been working at the homes of Officials of VMKVEC, it doesn’t strike a right chord.

· With the same yardstick of measurement,

· Students cannot be employed in the Hostel Stores

· Students cannot be sent out to procure items for Stores or Canteen

· Students cannot be made to do personal work of Officials

· Students cannot be given concessions like using Ambulance (as the Ambulance is supposed to be Institutional Property) or relaxations against Institutional/Hostel rules for the sake of assisting as indicated above

iv. Suitable brainstorming sessions or workshops or counselling may be given to help Officials understand the thin line

· between seeking assistance from other Officials/Students in discharge of Official Duties

· and

· seeking/forcing assistance from other Officials/Students for personal/residential work that is NOT related to discharge of Official Duties

v. Thanks & Warmest Regards

i. Navratri Greetings to your hon’ble self.

ii. I submit the following lines for your kind attention.

iii. I am given to understand and also told that there exists a group of Officials at VMKVEC who have been for the past so many years

· scared to use their personal vehicles or drive their own vehicles,

· for the simple reason that they have been messing up with black magic / witch-craft / sorcery,

· to eliminate / silence other officials who are loyal and sincere to the VMU Management

iv. I did NOT give much attention to it,

· as the people involved were all teachers,

· and teachers usually do NOT stoop beyond some levels beneath their dignity,

· until I noticed that the same officials were offering lemons, kumkum and vibhuthi to the VMU Management.

· then, attempts were made on my life.

· I also came to know that Mr. Ganesh Manikandan has passed away (mysteriously?).

v. Mr. Ganesh Manikandan had approached me earlier with stories of mismanagement of funds and other wrong financial practices but had NO courage to report to the VMU Management.

· Now, suddenly he is no more

· And some people here are trying to convince everyone that Mr. Ganesh Manikandan had been having some long standing chronic illnesses (regarding which we had not heard about earlier) and should have died because of those illnesses

vi. Though normally I do not give importance to black magic and negative forces,

· I am aware that they exist

· and can harm considerably.

vii. I work for the Ashram and under their guidance and protection.

viii. I request the VMU Management to put a stop to such poojas and practices (with relevance to black magic and negative forces) within the Vinayaka Missions University Campuses and send a severe warning to All that they should NOT to indulge in black magic and negative forces.

ix. Thanks & Warmest Regards

45. Discussion regarding points raised in internal reports submitted to University – Enclosed as copy of emails. Email: dt. Sat, Aug 24, 2013 at 11:27 AM Resent at Thu, Feb 6, 2014 at 6:21 PM Partial Subject line: Handing Over.. Mail 32... Your Response to each of the points submitted therein, also extracted and provided here?? (To be read together with previous item 43 – Handing Over 39)

i. I seek your kind attention to the following points of concern.

ii. Admissions have been going downhill for the past so many years, and forecasts (without any systematic analysis) for better admission for every following successive year have always been very good

iii. However, the same situation would come the next year with lower admission

· but the forecast for the following year would always be better and

· this has been going on for quite a few years

· in a cyclic manner

iv. During certain periods of time, faculty layoff has been done to correct for the excess faculty taken-in to compensate for an erratic admission behaviour for a couple of years which witnessed a very high influx of students.

v. Suggestions were given to rein-in sudden erratic high influx of students, as it would lay undue stress on infrastructure and would also critically escalate infrastructure enhancement, which would become waste if the same tempo of influx of students was NOT able to be maintained.

vi. These suggestions were NOT taken as the non-systematic forecast predicted such high influx of students continuously into the future and critical escalation of infrastructure was done (the current vacancy rate for excess infrastructure would be known to the Institution)

vii. I am given to understand that some more faculty have been identified for layoff, but that decision has been pending for quite sometime.

viii. I do understand that laying off faculty would be a sad thing to do, whether the Management does it or whether the Administration does it.

ix. To prevent layoff of faculty, distribution of current very low influx of students into various branches/departments may have helped to maintain the current strength of faculty without layoff (as each branch/department would necessitate teaching stipulated number of courses which would need current faculty strength)

x. To prevent layoff of non-teaching staff, many have been given additional charge as security at night

xi. Justifications that many colleges in the state have not been able to take in a single student, while we have been able to bring-in so many students will not hold, as the other colleges that have not been able to take in a single student, were dealing with a class of meritorious students (though NOT always the best) while we are dealing with a class of students who wouldn’t have been able to secure admission anywhere else. Since the two cases do NOT have common ground between them, comparison of our admission with colleges that were not able to take in a single student does not hold merit.

xii. Even now, non-systematic forecasts predict better admission next year as always

xiii. The damage control measures (if they were meant to be damage control measures or meant for something else -- the intentions of which were NOT publicly declared) included

· a non-descript gentleman walking into the campus every month,

· claiming to be able to read palms and who offered to read palms of faculty

· mumbling something incoherently continuously,

· going around the campus and

· every corridor and

· standing in front of every door for a moment and continuing the incoherent mumbling and

xiv. engraved plates with indecipherable inscriptions in the office of Officials of the Institution

xv. to which pooja is performed so religiously by the Officials

xvi. extending to the hostels too

xvii. where the engraved plate is kept above the portraits of the Hindu Gods and Goddess – giving rise to a doubt regarding how an engraved plate can be above the head of any Hindu God or Goddess and

xviii. whether the poojas are done to the Hindu Gods and Goddesses or to the engraved plate

xix. if the engraved plates were sent by the Management,

· why were they NOT given to everyone

· or kept in significant locations

· or inaugurated by any common event presided over by any Management Representative

xx. if the engraved plates were NOT sent by the Management

· why wasn’t an interpretation or disclaimer of the indecipherable writing kept beside the engraved plate

xxi. The Institution belongs to the Management and how can such sinister things happen in the Institution, as similar things have been noticed in society, but they were mostly done by the people who owned the asset and NOT by the people who worked there.

xxii. On the same lines, during last Vijayadasami, we were made to pray before a set of non-instituted new statues of Hindu Gods and Goddesses kept inside a previously-noticed-to-be-closed classroom. Any statue manifests as a God or Goddess only after performing necessary rites and poojas and institution in a structure meant for housing the statue/idol. They cannot be kept in makeshift drums filled with grains and poojas performed especially on sacred days like Vijayadasami. Hence, a doubt whether the statue symbolised a Hindu God or Goddess or symbolised any other source of energy always arises.

xxiii. However, Management representatives have not been seen paying respects to these non-instituted statues but noticed paying respects only at the Vinayaka temple or at the Kripananda Variyar Statue both of them situated inside campus.

xxiv. I would suggest that

· Audits be peformed to identify the actual faculty needs of each department based on

1. number of students currently present

2. number of subjects required to be taught

· Identify departments/branches/areas where faculty are actually free

1. Instead of generating records for faculty workload for the sake of justification

2. Instead of generating record for manpower requirement by making some faculty (who never teach classes) to key-in attendance details on the ERP (which can be done by a non-teaching faculty), which is a wastage of both skilled manpower and financial resource.

xxv.Brainstorming or Workshops be conducted

· to help faculty realise the current situation in Campus

· to help faculty realise that they need to improve on academic/research skills

· to help faculty realise that they need to spend additional hours in campus pursuing any academic/research/related work

xxvi. as there would be a lot of good for the Institution even if they enrich themselves, let alone enrich the Institution – as academic/research growth of the Individual and growth of the Institution are tagged together and grow with each other

xxvii. Evolution of faculty and staff

· from defensive/ganging-up mode to outgoing mode for the good of the Institution and themselves

· be guided appropriately with understanding that

xxviii. Educational processes are open-ended systematic processes

· which can be verified or checked by reverse engineering methods at any time in future and

· covering up of mistakes instead of correcting mistakes would be a greater crime than committing the mistake itself.

xxix. Further improvements/modifications/enhancements to these suggestions can be made on requirement.

xxx.Thank you so much for your time and kind attention

xxxi. Sincerely

xxxii. Prof. Dr. A. Prabhu Britto

i. Your Excellency

ii. Greetings to your Hon'ble Self.

iii. I am herewith submitting to your Excellency's attention, audio recording of phone conversation with Mr. Chinnu, formerly attender in the Principal's Office at VMKV Engineering College.

iv. This conversation is regarding the action of Mr. Chinnu acting as courier/conduit for the piles of cash (stacked in big cardboard boxes) siphoned out of the College in the VMKV Eng. College Ambassador Car, then driven by driver Mr. Periyasamy and escorted by Mr. Chinnu during the time of the Tax Audits a few years ago.

v. Mr. Chinnu made the mistake of informing me then, that he was escorting cash out of the Institution due to the unexpected Tax Audits, when he accidentally met me while he and Mr. Periyasamy were just about to leave the Institution with the car.

vi. If I had communicated this earlier, it would amount to allegation.

vii. Accidentally, it so happened yesterday that Mr. Chinnu unexpectedly accepted to have escorted loads of cash outside the Institution during the Tax Audits.

viii. Unfortunately, I wasnt prepared then.

ix. Hence, caught Mr. Chinnu unawares in the Morning. The phone conversation is self explanatory.

x. Sincerely

i. Dear Sir

ii. Greetings to you.

iii. I hereby communicate that, with reference to the reports submitted by me (to the Institution & the VMU Management), I am receiving threats to my life.

iv. I have NOT referred these threats to my life to the Govt. or any functionary of the Govt., as I do NOT want the name of the University to be affected.

v. India is aware that I represent His Holiness Yogi Samrat Dhyanyogi Omdasji Maharaj, on assignments wherever I am asked to represent His Holiness. Hence, I understand and appreciate that no physical harm will befall me as long as I am protected by His Holiness.

vi. Further, I do have faith in the VMU Management and the Administration of VMKV Engineering College that they will NOT let me be harmed.

vii. Yet, there are possibilities that people might make futile attempts (with the intention of making them appear like an accident), similar to the one in the past where I was locked up in my room at hostel and attempted to be burnt alive (already reported to you on Thu, Oct 11, 2012 at 5:59 AM Indian Standard Time).

viii. Consequently, there will be times when I will not be able to stay in Campus and forced to rush to Coimbatore to the safety of my home.

ix. I will be very much obliged if I am given petrol for my car so that the fuel expenses will NOT be a heavy burden on my existing financial difficulties.

x. I appreciate the magnanimity exhibited by the VMU Management in gifting expensive cars to a select group of Officials, under various circumstances and situations.

xi. However, I do NOT seek to cause a heavy budget to the VMU Management by requesting for a safe car for my transit, but I seek only petrol (NOT petrol allowance).

xii. Currently, I am travelling 930 kilometers per week (310 kms x 3) at the rate of 19 km / litre amounting to 48.9 litres per week (approximated to 50 litres / week).

xiii. I will be very much obliged if you would grant me 50 litres of petrol per week. I seek only fuel, and I do NOT seek money as fuel allowance.

xiv. When the VMU Management is very magnamimous, gifting expensive cars to people under various circumstances and situations, I believe that my request for a grant of 50 litres of petrol per week would be a very reasonable request from me.

xv. Awaiting your kind approval for grant of 50 litres of petrol per week and instructions regarding the petrol bunk/pump which I need to use.

xvi. Sincerely

i. Kindly find attached 2 pdf files.

ii. 1. Judgement of the Hon'ble High Court at Madras, refusing to recognize the MS by Correspondence Degrees in Engineering as equivalent to ME Degree, also available at http://www.indiankanoon.org/doc/249384/

iii. 2. Anna University Instructions to Members of the Inspection Committee -- Items 3 & 4 on page 9 of 12 (succeeding page labelled as 6 in document), regarding additional information on Faculty Eligibility, advising that engineering degrees obtained by correspondence or distance should be treated as non-eligible degrees.

iv. Kindly refer to recent incident (in public domain knowledge) of the Anna Univ. Inspection to Mahindra Eng. College, wherein it was found that Mr. Samson Ravindran (whose name is listed as item 65, on page 3/17 of Hon'ble High Court Judgement attached), the Principal was holding MS by Correspondence Degree and a PhD Degree from Vinayaka Missions University. Though Mr. Samson Ravindran held a PhD Degree (from Vinayaka Missions University), his MS by Correspondence Degree was not recognized and hence he was advised to step down from the position of Principal and the Management of Mahindra Eng. College gave Mr. Samson Ravindran another administrative post.

v. With reference to the recent directions of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of INDIA regarding the 44 Deemed Universities Case, and further submission of reports by Vinayaka Missions University, I hereby draw the attention of Principal Dr. A. Nagappan (whose name is listed as item 61, on page 3/17 of Hon'ble High Court Judgement attached),

vi. Professor & Dean Exam Cell Prof. P.K. Kumaresan (whose name is listed as item 60, on page 3/17 of Hon'ble High Court Judgement attached)

vii. Professor & Dean Computer Science Engineering Dr. P. Selvam (whose name is listed as item 64, on page 3/17 of Hon'ble High Court Judgement attached)

viii. and I wish to point out that the positions that they are holding could be treated as "ultra vires" or Contempt of Court.

ix. It is the exclusive domain of the VMU Management to appoint faculty to positions that please the VMU Management. Such strange developments have to be appraised/briefed to the VMU Management, as they cannot always be expected to keep abreast of every new strange development happening everywhere.

x. However, when the position of the Principal, Professor & Dean Exam Cell and Professor & Dean Computer Science Engineering are held to question, based on eligibility of academic degree, then suitable modifications has to be done so that the Vinayaka Missions University does NOT suffer any irrevocable damage due to remarks that the VMU does NOT have eligible faculty on its rolls, especially when the 44 Deemed Universities Case is taking a new turn due to the directions of the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

xi. I do NOT wish to enter into the exclusive domain of the VMU Management in appointing people of their Choice to various positions of the University or its Constituent Colleges.

xii. Yet, I am concerned that the Vinayaka Missions University should NOT suffer any irrevocable damage due to the 44 Deemed University Case proceedings under the direction of the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

xiii. Hence, I suggest to

xiv. Principal Dr. A. Nagappan (whose name is listed as item 61, on page 3/17 of Hon'ble High Court Judgement attached), Professor & Dean Exam Cell Prof. P.K. Kumaresan (whose name is listed as item 60, on page 3/17 of Hon'ble High Court Judgement attached) Professor & Dean Computer Science Engineering Dr. P. Selvam (whose name is listed as item 64, on page 3/17 of Hon'ble High Court Judgement attached)

· (a) that they can get immediately get recognition for their MS degree by Correspondence from the Hon'ble High Court at Madras or any other Higher Court in INDIA

· OR

xv. (b) put up some other faculty (whose eligibility is NOT questioned) as Principal, Professors and Deans (in lieu of Dr. A. Nagappan, Prof. P.K. Kumaresan and Dr. P. Selvam) in all academic & administrative records and other reports to be submitted (under the directions of the Hon'ble Supreme Court) and wherever required until the period of time that Vinayaka Missions University comes out of the legal tangle of the 44 Deemed Universities Case.

xvi. I understand that it is difficult to give up positions, but where there is a legal tangle to their eligibility criteria as faculty, there can be some compromises done for the sake of the University, as Dr. A. Nagappan, Prof. P.K. Kumaresan and Dr. P. Selvam have served Vinayaka Missions University for so many decades and I believe that the good of the Vinayaka Missions University would be foremost for them in their Professional Life, compared to the difficulty of letting go their current positions and putting up someone else in their positions for a short period of time until the 44 Deemed Universities case is judged in favor of Vinayaka Missions University.

xvii. Thanks & Warmest Regards

i. As a fallout of my previous communication with a similar subject line, I hereby wish to draw your kind attention to strange sequences which may be isolated incidents or perhaps a part of a bigger strategy of which we do not know.

· Threats to my life (which I have recorded to the Principal and the Management)

ii. Questions asked to me

iii. o Why should I be bothered about VMKVEC ?

iv. § My Response: I work here at VMKVEC, employed by VMU. I have to be faithful to my job and the Management. If others are NOT faithful to their job and the Management, then it is the responsibility of the Principal to teach and also ensure that all employees at VMKVEC stay faithful to their job and the Management.

v. o What can I do as one man, when everyone else stands together?

vi. § My Response: I do NOT care what I can be able to do as one man, when everyone else stands together. Even if I stand as one man always, I shall strive to do my best in accordance with the dignity & nobility of my position at VMKVEC, VMU

vii. o There is NO guarantee that good will happen in VMKVEC, VMU as this is the way that the Institution has been for the past so many years. So, why should I get into trouble by trying to do good? Why cant I also accept that this is fate, and try to make best use of current situation and make my life good and move on without bothering about anything?

viii. § My Response: There are so many people working here, whose address is only VMKVEC, VMU and once they cross the gates of the Institution, the world does NOT know them. So, they may think that they can do whatever they want. However, I do have addresses apart from VMKVEC, VMU and I may NOT be known much in VMKVEC, VMU but once I cross the gates of the Institution, the world does know me as a gentleman of Integrity, Values and Morals in my personal and professional life. Therefore, whether I am able to achieve any good or NOT at VMKVEC, VMU; I will to continue my efforts in achieving good for VMKVEC and VMU as long as I work here.

ix. Many try to trick or force me to write reports. I have NOT and will NOT submit any report or communication for the simple reason that someone else wants me to submit a report. If anyone wants to communicate or submit a report, they can do it themselves, as they are also learned and they also work here, and are expected to be faithful to the Institution, the University and the Management.

x. The management is the final decision maker regarding the positions here including the position of the Principal. I do NOT intend to have any locus standi on who should occupy the position of the Principal VMKVEC, as it is not my concern. I wish to clarify that I will NOT take part in any lobbying activity, NOR schools of thought processes, NOR discriminatory processes based on caste, creed, religion, status, language, etc. It is the concern of the VMU Management regarding who should occupy the position of the Principal VMKVEC.

xi. Also, I would request each and everyone of you to be faithful to the University and the VMU Management.

xii. I am here only for the past 6 years, but many have been here for a longer time than me. They owe greater loyalty, faithfulness and allegiance to the University and the VMU Management. Mistakes have been made and it would be best to sort it out with the University and the VMU Management and NOT become a victim of mistakes committed.

xiii. https://mail.google.com/mail/u/0/images/cleardot.gif

xiv. I am happy that a few have started exhibiting their loyalties and faithfulness to the University and the Management (inspite of heavy odds), but the sense of loyalty and faithfulness to the University and the Management should be had by All who work here.

xv. As long as I am in the service of VMU, I shall be faithful to the University and the VMU Management and serve in accordance with the highest nobilities and dignities of my position.

xvi. Thanks & Warmest Regards

i. Submitted to whoever is Incharge of the VMKVEC Engineering College, as both Principal Dr. Nagappan and CAO Prof. Kumaresan are not taking position to handle a difficulty.

ii. Submitted by

iii. Prof. Dr. A. Prabhu Britto

iv. Dt. 06.02.2014

v. I wish to submit the following points for kind consideration.

vi. · I stay in the hostel in VMKVEC Campus

vii. · I go to my room in the hostel only when I need to sleep at night.

viii. · I have a regular practice of working extended hours beyond required time in my Office at VMKVEC, many times upto 8 pm in the evening, stretching to almost 10:30 pm or even 12 midnight or sometimes even upto 3 am. There were also days when I came into my Office at 6:30 am and 7 am for work.

ix. · Today morning I returned from my home at Coimbatore, the Reception Desk refused to provide me the Attendance Register, citing that the Attendance Register was with the Principal.

x. · Since I had observed (prior to denying me the Attendance Register) some sort of sign communication getting issued to the Reception Desk from the direction of the Exam Cell, also serving as the Office of the CAO VMKVEC, I dropped in to Prof. Kumaresan and had a discussion with him.

xi. o CAO Prof. Kumaresan told me that concerns regarding the Attendance Register should be addressed to the Principal Dr. Nagappan

xii. o Further added that it was only Prof. Subramani who raised objections regarding late attendance.

xiii. · Consequently, I met the Principal Dr. Nagappan who pointed out that Academics was his responsibility and he is concentrating only on improving the academics in the Institution. Administration was taken care of only by the CAO Prof. Kumaresan.

xiv. · I came back to Prof. Kumaresan, and asked for his opinion since,

xv. o According to Prof. Kumaresan, Dr. Nagappan was responsible, while

xvi. o According to Dr. Nagappan, Prof. Kumaresan was responsible

xvii. o So, am I supposed to be running up and down in a merry-go-round between the Offices of Prof. Kumaresan and Dr. Nagappan?

xviii. · Since Prof. Kumaresan was NOT in a position to speak anything reasonably, I gave him a piece of my mind and came off.

xix. · So far, none has permitted me to sign the Attendance Register and its almost 12 noon.

xx. · I wish to point out here that

xxi. o I do NOT belong to the Class of VMKVEC Officials who come in and go out whenever they want, or even do NOT come at all, but still sign the register in bulk, for so many days at a stretch

xxii. o The argument that Prof. Kumaresan submitted one permission slip yesterday (in a span of more than 20 years of service) doesn’t justify their argument

xxiii. o I was NOT recognized during all the 6 years of my service here at VMU VMKVEC when I worked for more than 11 hours every day, with an average of more than 13 hours per day with occasional days of 15 to 16 hours of work in my Office.

xxiv. o However, when I arrive late today (beyond 9 15 am) after driving 155 kilometers from home, attendance register is denied to me with No Official taking responsibility to discuss and sort out the issues.

xxv.o No Action was taken by VMKVEC when I submitted reports

xxvi. § that I was given poisoned food and

xxvii. § when I was locked up in my room and attempted to be burnt alive

xxviii. § (as retaliation for my act of reporting the gross malpractices and financial irregularities in VMKEC to the VMU Management)

xxix. o I have been serving the VMU Management and the University and the Institution (kindly refer annexure) as best as I can, with integrity, morals and values and have been hampered from doing my duty almost every time but still I have strived and done my best.

xxx.o This is NOT the way that I should be treated for having served so sincerely.

xxxi. o When those who betrayed the VMU Management, the University and the Institution are living with dignity in VMKVEC, then such indignity should NOT be meted out to me.

xxxii. o Whoever is in charge of the VMU VMKVEC right now, kindly help me to sign the Attendance Register and help me get over this indignified unjustified treatment meted out to me now.

53. The primary beneficiary of the IEEE Whistleblowing effort to the IEEE HQ. USA, Govts. of USA, INDIA and Tamil Nadu was Vinayaka Missions University. Infact, it started only after Dr. Suresh Chander Pal refused to show some basic respect to Vinayaka Missions University over a phone call by Prof. A. Nagappan & myself. After the Vinayaka Missions University got its benefits, and when the IEEE concerns started escalating and when pressure was built up by the IEEE Madras Section to sack me from my job, which was also supported by then Vinayaka Missions University AVIT Principal Dr. N.R. Alamelu, why was the concerns NOT reported to Late Chairman Dr. A. Shanmugasundaram?

54. As far as I was aware, Late Chairman Dr. A. Shanmugasundaram was appreciative of my work, including the Transparent Online Systems for Research & Dissemination which were launched as part of work assigned to me, and also subtly communicated to then MHRD Shri Kapil Sibal (especially when Vinayaka Missions was at the receiving end as last of the Tandon Committee List of 44 Blacklisted Deemed Universities). Maybe the Chairman was amused and sent word through his attender to find out whether I expected anything in reciprocation. I communicated to the attender that I did it for the sake of my respect for the Chairman and I didn’t expect anything in reciprocation for doing it.

55. Further, there was rumoured a phone call to the Chairman’s Office from the then Chief Minister’s Cell enquiring about me especially before the Anna University was split up into multiple Universities. Noticed that I received some respect in the Institution after that (prior to that, I was sad to note that I was NOT even respected as a human being, let alone be respected as a Professor). If so, then the enquiry should have been a good one. Why wasn’t I briefed about it? When the Chairman could take so much pain to send an attender after me asking about whether I expected anything in return for flashing some good things before Shri Kapil Sibal (indirectly), then I am sure that the Chairman would have instructed that I be informed about whatever good enquiry or information that came from the then Chief Minister’s Cell. Why wasn’t I informed about it by the College Authorities?

56. On March 6-7, 2012 a meeting was called for by Dr. S. Sharavanan, then Pro-Chancellor. Since a lot of updates/reports have already been filed to Dr. S. Sharavanan’s attention through email, self-appraisal, discussion of some more updates/reports and other relevant things were discussed (details enclosed). Revert from Dr. S. Sharavanan yet to be obtained as on date.

57. What was the role of Dr. A. Kalanithi in throwing me out of Vinayaka Missions University as he is pivotal in the IEEE concerns and was also advisor to Vinayaka Missions University then? To cover his back from Govt. action, did Dr. A. Kalanithi spoil my career through Vinayaka Missions University, so that none will question him for the concerns regarding the IEEE Office and other offices sitting on lands suspected to be Govt. land, which could also possibly amount to Govt. land grabbing?

58. What was the role of Dr. N.R. Alamelu, Rangarajan, Suresh Chander Pal and others in throwing me out of Vinayaka Missions University? Were they trying to cover their back in the IEEE concerns and brokered deals with some of the officials here?

59. In any Institution, frictions in line of duty might happen. I was forced to resign. I resigned. Appropriate situation at the time of resignation can be had from relevant reports submitted just before I was forced to resign. I was NOT asked in any University convened forum regarding my resignation, though the University should have called me and asked me why I was resigning in the middle of the Semester, with particular reference to the information that I have submitted to Dr. S. Sharavanan, then Pro-Chancellor. Though it usually takes a few days for even a RJ 45 connector (lan cable clip) to arrive, how was a relieving order procured in just a few hours? How could a Dean be relieved just like that, in a few hours time, especially when he has submitted sensitive information to the then Pro-Chancellor over a series of emails? Why wasn’t I called for and asked whether I was forced to resign in light of all the developments, especially when a resignation letter is submitted in the middle of a semester accompanied with a last minute handing over of important communications to Senior Management with serial number a few days prior to the resignation? I had taken two weeks off, so that if the Senior Management wants to have a look at things, they should have time to sit and decide and I shouldn’t submit a resignation in haste. At last, nothing happened, and I had no other option than to submit my resignation as forced. Was the Senior Management not at all aware of anything? Was there a break in the line of communication? Did anyone betray the Senior Management by NOT taking things to them? So how many officials actually collaborated to harass me, force my resignation and block all information to the Senior Management?

60. Even in the event of forced resignation, I ensured that all concerns of Vinayaka Missions University remain in Vinayaka Missions University and I moved out. Why was my livelihood spoilt by means of negative feedback and character assassination? Though many of the Institutions did NOT reveal it, still some of the Institutions revealed that negative feedback and character assassination was being done by Vinayaka Missions University and unless it stands corrected, I cannot be offered any senior position in their Institution as their Policy mandates that a new employee should be inducted only with a clean feedback.

61. Further on top of it, why should Vinayaka Missions interfere with an Institution, that has already projected me to the Anna University Inspection Commission as one of their faculty with promise of continuity of service, and ensure that they do NOT induct me immediately after the Inspection, as promised by them? When you have harassed and forced someone out, why should you keep following him and continue to harass him so that he wont even have any option of life or career but will have to be forced to commit suicide? Is Vinayaka Missions running a University or whatever?

62. Why should the clout of Vinayaka Missions University be thrown heavily upon me to spoil my life, my livelihood and cause innumerable inconveniences in almost all walks of life due to the heavy reach of the diversified business and social arms of the Vinayaka Missions Conglomerate?

63. Why did Vinayaka Missions University hideously try to suffocate me through various agencies, financial and otherwise and other societal forces?

64. Why was Vinayaka Missions University attempting to completely throw me into situations from which there was no relief and suicide could be the only possible option?

65. Why did Vinayaka Missions University attempt to drive me to suicide?

66. Vinayaka Missions University has attempted to completely spoil my dignity and worth in society and ensured that I do NOT get any job anywhere in this planet, leaving me only one option of suicide alone. Why did you do that?

67. Should everyone in INDIA please the Officials of Vinayaka Missions University to be able to live in peace in INDIA or does Vinayaka Missions University, through its long hideous local, national and international arms of power and clout ensure erasure of an individual and his family, if the Officials of Vinayaka Missions University are NOT pleased with the individual?

68. Why should so many people from various walks of life exert pressure on multiple facets of personal, professional and social life? Does it mean that if someone has a disagreement or concern with Vinayaka Missions University, it will be ensured through untraceable means that the person should be completely destructed, devastated and driven to suicide? Should Vinayaka Missions University be necessarily pleased so that one should have a right to live in the Nation? Is the Nation bigger or is Vinayaka Missions University bigger?

69. By what mandate of the Constitution of INDIA does Vinayaka Missions University award life or death to an individual who does NOT please the Officials of Vinayaka Missions University?

70. What rectification or remedy does Vinayaka Missions University suggest?
