(1) Found that an online purchase has been attempted in my name using my email id and confirmed using a mobile number that is not owned by me (number with-held to maintain privacy of the individual) on Zovi.Com with Booking details ZOVI Order BXXQQ.  Zovi.com has been informed via phone and email immediately that the booking was not done by me.  However Zovi.com has authorized shipment based on mobile number confirmation (without verifying whether the mobile belongs to me), which has also been pointed out to Zovi.com immediately -- Email Correspondences are NOT presented here as it should not affect the brand value of Zovi.  However, email correspondences have been saved and can be produced if required legally.

(2) Found that a playlist exists in my name and that of Dr. Malmurugan on Youtube, which does NOT belong to me and I have Not authorized.  Link to the misrepresented site as given by Google Search is http://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLE522D9C598C124CC

(5) Some linked-in ids with name as Britto Prabhu, also do NOT belong to me and Some facebook ids which spell similar to my name, which do NOT belong to me (excepting my original Linked-in and Facebook ids)

Consequently, I am now forced to declare (as on 26.04.2013 at 05:22 pm Indian Standard Time) that I will NOT be held responsible for any sort of impersonation done in my name in any part of the world in any situation.

It will be the responsibility of the Authorities concerned to verify if it was I, Prof. Dr. A. Prabhu Britto, as I do NOT have the means NOR the resources to keep checking the whole world for such or similar impersonations done in my name in the past, present or in the future.
